Great Service, Forgettable Food, and a Texas Tacky Atmosphere Stopped by LongHorn Steakhouse and was genuinely impressed with the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without being intrusive. From seating to refills, they had it down. No complaints there. The food, though, was just average. The steak was cooked properly, but there was nothing remarkable about it, no standout flavor, no unique touch, just a standard chain steakhouse meal. The sides were exactly what you’d expect: decent but uninspired. It wasn’t bad by any means, just completely unmemorable. Then there’s the atmosphere. The place is decked out in what I can only describe as “Texas Tacky” décor, over-the-top cowboy and rancher themes slapped onto every available surface. It’s almost laughable, like they took every stereotype about Texas and cranked it up to 11. If you like that kind of thing, maybe it adds to the charm, but for me, it felt forced and cartoonish. If you’re looking for a reliable, no-surprises steakhouse with solid service, this place will get the job done. But if you want something with real character, a more refined atmosphere, or food that actually stands out, this isn’t it.

Longhorn Steakhouse is always a great choice. Tonight's dinner was fabulous. We started with the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms. (Delicious!!!) I had a Ribeye with shrimp and Angela had a Filet with a lobster tail. Both of our orders were perfect and the wait staff was fantastic!!!

Never disappointed from Longhorn ever. The price is still good and food & service is excellent. I had 6oz filet and hubby had porkchop. They were grilled to perfect. Seasoning was just right. I could eat here every week. 😜

Absolutely wonderful 😊 from the waitress to the steak 🥩 and lobster 🦞 it was fabulous and my grandson absolutely enjoyed it most of all! Thank you Longhorn it is my favorite steak house of all and I've been to thousands of steak houses it was perfect.

A friend and I made an online “reservation” (it’s not really a reservation but a “hey I’m coming, add me to the list”) and were told it would be a half hour wait. No problem. Got to the location to a full parking lot. “Checked in” online when we arrived. Had to park across the street at another buisness. No big deal. Went inside and told them who we were. Stood inside about 15 min (15 min drive) before we were seated. Right when we were quoted! It was a PACKED house!!! Server got to us quickly and answered questions and took our order. Food was delivered in a timely manner (especially for a packed house) and steaks were cooked to the doneness we ordered them at! Was very good food and great server and staff! Would recommend and will be back!

The manager provided our service more than the server ever showed. There was a mix up with our food and additional a mysterious piece of a wooden stick in the mushroom gravy. The food was amazing despite the stick and the manager went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied. Thank you for your extra attention The chicken appetizer was the phenomenal, the chopped steak and the 8 oz sirloin was tender, well seasoned and delicious.

My wife and her mom (her birthday) went to the restaurant. From the time we walked it was so enjoyable. It was a Sunday night. We had a great food runner and a Waiter named Donny. Donny by far was the best waiter I have ever had in any restaurant and I'm 59 ! He was very knowledgeable of the menu and food. His service was a 10+. Promote the young man. I felt i had made a friend by the time we left. We all loved Donny !
