Fleming’s at Turkey Creek is a gem! Our waiter was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the menu but took the time to listen to what we liked and offered perfect recommendations. Their friendly, considerate approach made the evening feel special. They even helped customize our drink orders, and the bartender joined in on the fun, creating a new cocktail they dubbed “The Smoky Pearl.” It was as bold and refined as the service we received. If you’re looking for a dining experience in Knoxville that’s equal parts expertise and hospitality, this is the place to go!

Amazing food and service! Enjoyed a nice Sunday dinner with tenderloin (cooked exactly the way I wanted : medium) and lobster. Both were on point as well as the sides and the rolls and butter. Everything tasted delicious. Plate was cleaned!! We got seated immediately and food was served within 15 minutes! Our server was the best!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. We came here after being unable to eat at the place we previously held a reservation at. They were able to get us in and seated quickly without much notice. The food was amazing, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere a complete vibe. The only criticism I would leave is the pork belly-it was 80% fat which was a let down. If it had been more meat and less fat, it would have been a near perfect experience. Despite that, we will be back again in the future.

The restaurant itself is at a very high level. Food was excellent. The carpaccio was with new flavors not the classic version. The meat was well done and very juicy. There is a huge selection of wines. For dessert I took a non-recommended butter chocolate cake. It was too sweet and not special. Overall I liked the place despite the relatively high price.

We were celebrating my birthday, and everything was perfect from start to finish. We were greeted promptly, seated within minutes, had water, bread delivered almost immediately by the busboy, and were promptly greeted by our server, (Tiffany). I had the Prime Tomahawk, and they knocked it out of the park! One of the best steaks I've ever had. Our experience could not have been any more perfect! Thank you!

Fleming is our very favorite restaurant in Knoxville. The food is consistently outstanding. The service is impeccable. The restaurant is extremely clean and welcoming. A classic steakhouse with a lot of options for non-steak eaters. We Love the service, especially Rex Anna. The managing partner Elia Lane is a big upgrade and runs a tight ship. Onn real busy nights she’s always in the kitchen, making sure things are perfect. We love Flemings.

First time ever going to Flemings. The food, the service, the atmosphere was top notch. Everything was delicious. The service was phenomenal. Hands down, best restaurant in Knoxville. Special thanks to management for having our anniversary table set with a sweet card. See you for Valentines!

I want to preface this review and say our waitress was fantastic and I gave Service 3 stars because management was the issue NOT the server. She was truly a gem and this review is not towards her. We came to Flemings as first timers to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. She wanted to go for lunch so it wouldn't be busy and we all wouldn't be so full later and we live about an hour away so it also allowed us to miss traffic. Upon arriving we were the only people in the entire restaurant. I had made reservations in advance not knowing how busy it would be and mentioned we were celebrating a big milestone. The hostess brought us to our table they had some confetti on it and a signed birthday card from the entire staff. We all were impressed and thought what a great start. Since we had not been here before it did take us a bit to decide what we wanted and like I said our waitress was great. We ordered within 20-25 minutes of arriving and by this time a couple had arrived and was sitting near the bar area. We then sat and waited and waited and waited some more. After about 45 minutes the manager, I assume, came over and told us that she was sorry but she was unhappy with the food that was prepared and they were remaking it, there were 5 of us in our group and none of us got anything other than different steaks all cooked medium (one was a sandwich still steak). Once she walked away we waited and waited a lot longer. By the time we got our food it was pushing the 1.5 hour mark of when we ordered. My husband and I were trying to stay calm as this was our daughter's birthday. Once we all got our food the disappointment escalated. My father in law had some kind of fried potatoes with his steak and they were burned horribly and it was obvious when they were set down, my steak was supposed to be medium and it was very rare, blue in places, our daughter got the steak sandwich and her steak was almost blue it was so underdone and she ordered it medium also. A new person came to our table, I assume another manager, to give us vouchers to apologize for the wait a $25 for our daughter and $50 for my husband and I. I mentioned to her about our food and the issues and her response was, "oh" and she walked away. No offer to fix any of it. I couldn't finish my steak the way it was cooked either could my son or daughter so we packed it all up to bring home and cook a little more. My father in law didn't eat the potatoes so he only had his steak. My husband was starving by this point so he just ate his. Our waitress was very attentive and apologized numerous times and we assured her we knew it wasn't her fault. She told us we could have dessert on the house and to pick whatever we wanted. We all decided on chocolate chip cookies and some coffee. Our coffee came out and then we were told we would have to wait again because they had to bake the cookies it will be about 15-20 minutes. This would have been okay had we been told upon getting the dessert menu there would be a wait if we ordered them. By the time the cookies came to the table all of our coffees were cold and since they were specialty coffees none of us wanted another one. The cookies were truly the best part of the meal. By the time we left we had been in the restaurant 3+ hours, for lunch, and the entire time we were there only one other couple was in and out. We left here spending almost $300 and being the most disappointed we have ever been with a restaurant/meal. I know we received the vouchers to come back but that doesn't even cover one meal and after that experience I don't want to waste my money or the time. If this happened in an empty restaurant at lunch with a full kitchen staff I would hate to be there when it was busy for a dinner service.
