This is a nice buffet with southern style dishes. Clean dining area and friendly staff make for a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Plan on spending $35-$40 for 2 people including tip.

In Knoxville it doesn’t get much better than Austin’s! Prime Rib, New York Strip, crab cakes, shrimp, fried chicken, country fried steak & etc. The salad bar is always delicious & there’s plenty of deserts to choose from. Service has always been spot on. Lunch prices are great & always make it worth a stop. Love it!

We were traveling and Austin's was recommended for us to stop, stretch and eat. Bottom line is treat yourself and go! I know the next time we travel anywhere close to Knoxville we'll be stopping by. Everything was good! Everything! Crowded but no long wait to be seated! Large parking lot. 10 out of 10!

Update: Every time I go I'm amazed at how good everything is. I have a love-hate relationship with this place. It's hard to want to go to other places when this place has so many different types of foods and they're all above average in my opinion. Plus for what you pay especially around lunch time it's hard to get even fast food for the same price. Time and time again the food and service is better than all buffets in the area. I came back for another meal and the place was much cleaner and the service was even better. I'll tell you for my money it's the best buffet to get steaks at. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was here. The steak was so tender and juicy. I've dined at really nice steakhouses that didn't compare to this buffet. The drinks were always replaced before we needed them and the staff was friendly. That being said cleanliness at the tables was an issue and the dishes weren't cleared until the check came.

Great place for having breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of desert with yummy cakes and brownies. There is a salad section and more but 10 and under has to be accompanied by an adult. Nice lady helping people in restrooms for stalls before herself.

Excellent and affordable. If I said anymore, I would be lying!!! Everything was tastey and seasoned perfectly. We just happened upon this place looking for a buffet to try while in the area. We live 30 minutes away and have vowed to return regularly. The price blew us out of the water. The staff was friendly, joked around, and smiled. We didn't wait on drinks or special request items. The waitress was phenomenal. Dont take our word for it. Give them a try and come write a better review than this. Support our small businesses. Keep up the great work, Austin's

We ate here for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect their food to be as good as it was but it was delicious. We had our toddler with us and everyone was so nice and friendly to him. Definitely recommend for a quick bite to eat.
