Texas Roadhouse

We arrived in the afternoon on a Sunday and there was no wait to be seated. When ordering our drinks, for my first brew choice they were out of and my second choice, even though listed on the menu, they don’t carry. Not a problem, picked a third choice. Then, we ordered potato skins for an appetizer. They were out of those so we ordered a side salad and rib appetizer. After a few minutes, a person other than our server came to our table and stated they were out of the ribs also. They stated they removed the salad and gave us our bill. I have not had a dining experience quite like this before. I do not plan to go back and I do not recommend Texas Roadhouse.

My wife and I arrived early at 4pm on a Thursday evening March 6th. We did this to beat the crowds for dinner. We were seated immediately with hot delicious rolls, and our waitress was Anyah. She was a very polite young lady and a good waitress. She did an excellent job waiting our table during our wonderful meal. She kept our drinks refilled and catered to our every needs, or request. The food was hot, served promptly, and was quite excellent. So far the best we have had in any Texas Roadhouse Restaurant we have visited. We have ate at many other Texas Roadhouse Restaurants in Clarksville,Indiana, Louisville $ Bowling Green, Ky, and here in Clarksville, Tennessee. Our steaks were grilled to perfection. The outside was charred with a beautiful deep rich brown coloring that looked absolutely delicious. We had both ordered medium rare for our steaks. There was no disappointment there. The steaks were perfect, each were very tender, and had a wonderful pinkish to red center as expected. We were quite pleased. We enjoyed as much as we could and took the rest home for another enjoyable meal. Great job Texas Roadhouse 👍😊

10/10! Went on Valentine’s Day so it was packed and the wait was awhile (to be expected) but really great! Our server was great! Steak was tinder even tho it was sirloin, which if yall know it’s a tougher meat so this was super surprising!

The food and service was great. Our server was super busy and accommodated but the area was dirty. The floor had endless trash and food and we had to ask one of the servers standing around to sweep it up

Let me start off by saying “ Texas Roadhouse is my first choice when looking for a nice steak restaurant. However Clarksville Tn Texas Roadhouse what a horrible experience. It took 45 mins to a hour to order my dinner, sitting at the bar with 4 other customers. The top shelf margarita was horrible, basically some simple limeade poured into a margarita glass. The steak came out salty & chewy. If you don’t believe how long service took roll your camera back. Yes I left the bartender a nice tip because I believe Paid Customers Pay while expecting quality along with great customer service.

My husband ordered prime rib. I don't know what they gave us but it was like shoe leather. It was so tough and dry. Prime ribe isn't supposed to look like it sat on the grill for hours. I got the ribs. There was no BBQ sauce on them. I placeb my order to be picked up at 6:00, when I got there I was told it wasn't ready yet. Finally ready at 6:30.

We came to this location (party of two) on a Saturday and were sat around 7pm with Mandi as our server. It was extremely busy, but she never skipped a beat. She was so kind, extremely attentive, and had us in and out in 45 minutes. Huge shout out to Mandi for making tonight great!

Decided to go here for our 10 year Anniversary and it was the best decision! The Steak and shrimp melted in your mouth with so much flavor! The rolls of course were fantastic and the sides and Appetizer were delicious! Highly Highly Recommend! And the atmosphere and our Server were Unbeatable!!
