Where is the no star button. We received a gift card for $100 or else we wouldn't have eaten there 2. The food was AWFUL. Management wasn't very kind and understanding either. Our blooming onion was tiny and not crunchy. My hamburger was overcooked and had cucumber on it?????? Yes, cucumber !! When asked about it, I was told...it's not cucumber it's brined pickles, WHAT?! NO, NO ITS NOT. I spoke with the waitress and she said I know the blooming onion doesn't look good, you think? But yet you sent it out to our table to eat . Spoke about my hamburger being burnt, that's how they come out, huh? Seriously? Also both my children's tenders were so small, this was supposed to be the adult order not kids and they were hard as a rock.Management comes over and I show her and she doesn't even act like it's a problem. $100 in 2 visits down the drain.Prices are so high we rarely go out to eat. We were so super excited to go but both times were a huge let down and huge disappointment. I sure wish we could have enjoyed our experience. My children Love going to Outback but both times they said, not again. Do better Outback.

Stopped by today with our family and had the best experience. Our food was delicious and our waitress (receipt said summer) was the best waitress my husband and I think we have ever had anywhere. Thanks so much for a great lunch!

Sat right away on a Saturday night at 5:30. Not busy. Service was just ok. We Had to wait a bit for our food, and the bloomin onion was good. Wedge salad & House salad good. Husband said filet was good, my Alice springs chicken and steak was not what I was expecting…with smallest piece of chicken ever, and dry. (See pic) our server brought the check before asking if we wanted dessert. It was my mom’s birthday, so I asked for a piece of carrot cake to go. It was just ok.

Alice chicken is great every time I come, this time switched it up with some steak. I'm not a fan normally of eating steak but it was decent, hot and cooked to preferred doneness. The blooming onion gets me every time though , love onions but hate that they don't ever cook them long enough. Yes I said it, its always gooey and has uncooked batter in the middle. PLEASE start leaving it in for 2 more minutes. Other then that it was a good meal for a decent price.

Place was packed on a Saturday evening. The hostess was friendly and the waiting area comfortable. We got a text in about 30 minutes when our table is ready, very convenient. Our server was friendly. We ordered our drinks and a blooming onion right away, and our meals shortly after. The drinks, appetizer, and bread showed up pretty quickly. Had to ask for plates; and even though we had repeatedly asked for silverware, it was over an hour (well after the blooming onion and salads showed up) before we got any. We asked for drink refills, the server asked us if we wanted drink refills, we asked for drink refills again before our server decided to do it herself and we finally got some drink refills. She also asked us if we wanted more bread, we never got that. The blooming onion was good; the dipping sauce was a bit dry (you know, like it was left out too long and gets a little hard on top). The Alice chicken had good flavor but the bacon was sad. Both salmon dishes were good but we never got all of our sides. While the staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating, not having silverware and some of our food made it extremely difficult to enjoy our dinner.

Cam was wonderful! He completely made my day by saying thank you for my service as a teacher along with a teacher discount and a cute Christmas Koala for my kindergarteners! It truly made my day! The food was excellent and we greatly enjoy Outback!! Thank you, Clarksville Outback and Cam!

Our server was absolutely the best server we have ever had. Janice was her name (sorry if I spelled that wrong) but I couldn’t go without leaving a review. She was genuine and down to earth and very personable. We may go back just to see her honestly. The food was great too but she really made the experience. She even brought me a candle lit brownie because it was my birthday 😂
