Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I've been to this Red Robin's several times but this is the first time I'm writing a review. A few weeks ago I was there to celebrate a friends birthday. They have awesome burgers and onion rings. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and the bottomless onion rings With iced tea to drink. Service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place!!

I wanted to like the pizza here so bad. The pictures online looked decent enough. But upon further investigation, one will find cardboard-like crust and sauce that’s nothing to write home about. The toppings themselves were good quality, although they were out of some ingredients (no pepperoni at a pizza spot? Hmmmm…..)

I’ve ordered takeout from this location 10+ times in the last year and it is PERFECT every single time! I’ve never experienced such great consistency from ANY restaurant, crazy to think how amazing a Red Robin can be! They never miss a customization request, never had missing items, and even the staff are friendly and seem happy to help. Again, not just a one time experience- they kill it every time!! 🍔 🍟 YUMMM! 😋

My daughters love it here , but for me, the burgers just aren't good enough to justify the price. I tried The tsunami shrimp appetizer on our last visit, but the oily aftertaste overshadowed the shrimp. I've also tried the Cobb salad. It was ok, but I've had much better. The servers were kind and courteous, but the restaurant seems to be focused on takeout orders. We found it difficult to get refills on bottomless fries, soft drinks and kids meal items. I am not a fan of the harsh and bright lights. Let's say you are interested in watching the hockey game that's on one of the TVs, but between you and the TV is a bright light shining you in the eye.

We had one of the best experience at this location. My husband and I arrive around 7 for dinner on a Friday night. We sat at the bar and usually it’s ok, not the biggest fan. But we got an AMAZING server and the rest of the team flowed so well. Our servers name is Woody and he was SO on top of it. He had a lot of tables and made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. He was super friendly and made sure our drinks were filled and made sure our food came out in a timely manner. The food was hot and delicious. And we didn’t feel rushed at all. AMAZING customer service!

We sat down late near closing time and our server Adrian was extremely fast with our food and drinks. He brought out the appetizers within 5 minutes of us ordering them and made sure our drinks were refilled as soon as they got low without us even asking. Food was excellent and filled us up for a low price

Can't go wrong with Red Robin! We got there about 30 minutes when they opened. Got seated immediately and ordered some drinks. Very friendly staff and the food was fresh. Always happy to dine here.

They have updated their menu with a lot of great options - including deep fried pickles & pretzel bites with beer cheese...Of course you can’t to wrong with their endless steak fries and burgers (which they have also changed with different flavor combinations)..Their alcoholic drinks and great tasting and within a budget friendly purse. Service has definitely changed for the better. The only thing that was disappointing was that everything is done through the screen on the table - which I guess is good for card security but it is still impersonal and watch your kids around it because there are “games” and they will be placed on your bill as an “entertainment charge”....
