First time visiting, was recommended by a good friend, and it is really impressive. I came in with part of my family, the service was amazing, super attentive, able to explain each dish we had questions about, and overall caring. We had tried a few of there dishes, the steak bites and ribs were my personal favorite. The flavor was beyond something I could explain, it's completely different from most pho places I've been too, mainly the way the steak is prepared and cooked. The food is super light, and amazing. After we've gone through most our dishes, the cook greeted us to ask how everything was along side our waiter. He gave us insight to how the meals are prepared, and the amount of time each one takes, I liked how he took the time to greet us and make sure we enjoyed the meal. Time and money spent well, I am excited to come back and try more dishes they have!

Superb table service, both Helen & her husband came to talk with us. They may “only have 3 cuts,” of beef but the pho, ribs, and ribeye were excellent. Fries were the only thing that could have been better but honestly, everything was good+. Quick service & food arrival, as well as attentive servers & manager service. The chili oil is made by Helen and garlic forward, love that! I would absolutely recommend coming here and I will be coming back!!

If you're looking for a delicious meal with a great atmosphere, Pho Kita Steak & Ribs is a fantastic choice! The Lemongrass Steak & Rice is the highlight of the menu. The steak is marinated to perfection with fragrant lemongrass, grilled to a tender and juicy finish, and packed with smoky, savory, and citrusy flavors. Paired with fluffy jasmine rice, fresh herbs, and a tangy dipping sauce, this dish is both satisfying and flavorful. The Lychee Cocktail is a refreshing complement to the meal. It’s light, slightly sweet, and bursting with delicate lychee notes, making it the perfect drink to balance the bold flavors of the steak. While the prices are a bit higher than a typical Vietnamese restaurant, the quality of ingredients, portion sizes, and overall experience justify the cost. If you're looking for an elevated take on classic Vietnamese flavors, it's worth the splurge.

We received exceptional service and experienced remarkable friendliness from the staff. Our server, the owner's daughter, provided excellent recommendations for the restaurant's signature dishes. Both parents also engaged in pleasant conversation, with the mother offering a particularly noteworthy, spicy homemade hot sauce. We began with Vietnamese iced coffees and Thai teas, expertly prepared; the bartender's use of a shaker resulted in exceptionally creamy iced coffees. Both beverages were flawlessly executed. We enjoyed two orders of the Pho Kita Special, featuring eye round, brisket, and meatballs. The broth possessed an unusually rich flavor profile, requiring no additional seasoning. While I personally prefer brisket and meatballs, I will order the Pho Kita brisket and meatballs. We also ordered the Kita's Fusion Steak Bites Rice and the Kita's Fusion Lemongrass Steak Bites Rice. Both dishes were outstanding, featuring flavorful and tender steak. While the accompanying cucumber and tomato salad was appreciated, the addition of a sauce would significantly enhance these dishes.

This was mine and my girlfriend’s first time here and what an experience it was. First our waitress Miss Iceland was such an amazing person and host, she educated us on her family’s restaurant and what we should eat. She recommended her father’s steak bites that has been marinated with his special sauce which was out of this world. We also got then the Vietnamese steamed dumplings that was wrapped in banana leaf and the dumpling was made out of tapioca, honestly it wasn’t our favorite but I’m glad we tried it and the sauce that Helen made with it was super delicious and my kind of heat. And for our entree we then both ordered the brisket pho and the broth was sooo delicious. The nuoc beo on the side was suuuuper flavorful. Such a beautiful family owned restaurant. Friendly and knowledgeable people. If you’re in the area and wanting some pho and a nice cold modelo please check them out! Helen, Chen and Iceland thank you for the yummy food and welcoming spirit.

Booked a reservation via Google about a week out and given when we showed up on the day of the reservation, we were told they had "turned off" taking reservations via Google except for call ins during the day. Too many people would cancel out/no shows. For call ins for reservations for the day of the call, they would do the best to have a table for you but no guarantees. Ok, having gotten that out of the way, My family and I arrived around 5:30pm, Saturday, and the hostess/waitress explained the situation and got us in just shy of 6pm pretty much keeping us on time for the reservation that I had made a week out. Kudos to them as they were very busy. She had explained since the Yelp ratings came out calling them one of the best Steak houses in the US they have been very busy. The food and drink that we ordered was just... sublime. We were in awe. A week before we were at Fogo De Chao and this simply was just Next-Next level good. If you get this far in the review and want to stop, just head over and get a table or on the list and having yourself a food experience you will remember and pine to return to dine again as soon as possible. The restaurant is family owned and run and they all fit together like puzzle pieces operating in concert. Mom was the mixologist, Dad is the head chef, the daughter was the hostess/waitress and I think the others were the son and daughter also busing tables or waiting on them. We ordered drinks were were masterfully made by the Mom. She also answered questions about how most of their items were gluten free, including the marinade for the steaks, but of course some items were not and they could not guarantee no cross contamination. Luckily, my wife and daughter are only gluten intolerant. We ordered the salad rolls and the steamed spicy dumplings - OH SO GOOD! Onto the main event, we ordered the Waygu steak with fries as a side, Kita’s Fusion Lemongrass Steak Bites Salad and Kita’s Fusion Steak Bites Rice. We shared all of it and dined family style. The tenderness and flavors of the steak were just... amazing. So much so, my family were just silent in their dining as they were savoring each and every bite. As I had said before, the experience was sublime. The chef stopped by our table and asked how things were and we told him we were beyond pleased with the food and service. He was kind and explained to us they use aged steaks and the Waygu was grade A3, which was just amazing in it's tenderness and taste as were the steak bites. IT WAS ALL JUST GO GO GOOD... make that GREAT! We will be back for special occasions and also to give the Pho as try. I can only imagine that if the steak is so amazing that their Pho has too be next level too! So, more to explore! Thank you to the family who runs Pho Kita! You should be proud of your achievement of making it as one of the best Steak Houses of 2024 in the US as rated by Yelp! Well deserved! Cheers! :-)

4th meal here and it’s the best damn steak in town every time! Food never disappoints! Service is always personable and on point, you can tell they love their craft. Needs to be mentioned that the Pho is probably the best I’ve had as well and I’ve had alottt!! The broth lends its great flavor to great meat and fresh noodles.

I absolutely love this place for pho. Really delicious and fresh broth/ soup. I would recommend the spicy dumplings/ shrimp and pork Crispy rolls. My only complaint is the price for most of the appetizers. You get three dumplings for $11 :/. This place is definitely a hidden gem in Beaverton. The service is good. They were busy when we went in so service was a little slow. Check this place out if you're craving some good pho.
