Customer Review Summary

Coyote's Bar & Grill offers a casual dining experience with a sports bar vibe and occasional live music. The food generally receives positive feedback, with highlights including the beef stroganoff, brisket platter, and several appetizers. However, some dishes, like the ribs and beans, have been criticized for being dry or lacking flavor. Service is often good but can be slow, especially during busy times. While the atmosphere is fun for watching sports, some guests have mentioned it can get loud and busy. Customer service experiences vary, with some patrons having positive interactions and others feeling uncomfortable or unwelcome, particularly in family situations. Overall, it's seen as a decent spot for casual dining but with notable room for improvement in service consistency and handling of customer issues.

Nice casual dining sports bar with the occasional live music. Everything that I have eaten here so far has been great! In general the service is good, but it can be a little slow when they are busy.

Nice place. I ordered the half rack of ribs. The meat was dry, and the cornbread was good. The mash potatoes were really good. The beans was flavorless, and the apple sauce was extremely sweet.

Stopped in Saturday with a few friends to watch the Texas vs Michigan football game. Game watch was great. Customer service was outstanding. Food was pretty good. My only gripe was the Bloody Mary. It was not good. Couldn’t taste any alcohol. Other than that, excellent place to take in Saturday football.

When I first visited, I ordered the beef stroganoff and mac and cheese (add brisket) without any expectations, thinking that since it was a pub, they wouldn't put that much effort into the quality of the food, but they were very delicious. The brisket was tender and tasted as good as Matt's BBQ. So this time we had New York Strip to try another dish. We had the New York Strip and the Dinner Salad. We were seated on the patio, but there weren't too many cars passing by at that time6 , so the noise wasn't that bad. I will try different dishes again. (9/12/2022) I have one complaint. We came on Saturday because it said that Prime Rib was served on Fridays and Saturdays. However, the server said, "Prime Rib will be served at 4:30 PM." We were looking forward to it. If there is a start time for serving, it should be stated.😢 We had the Brisket Platter and Cobb Salad instead. It was hidden under the sweet potato fries, but the Brisket was so big and I was surprised. The Brisket itself was a bit dry on its own, but the original sauce made it very juicy and delicious. The salad was also surprisingly generous portion and I couldn't finish it.🤤 (9/24/2022) We enjoyed the Brisket Stew, Mac & Cheese Dinner, and Potato Skins with beers🍺 (Boneyard RPM IPA, Range West IPA, HH Topcutter IPA) and a cocktail 🍸(Sweet Melon Coyote's Tea). For dessert, we had the Lemon Lush with coffee. (7/25/2024) 12/13/2024 (Fri) We had the Brisket Stew ($12), Coyotes Fajitas with Salsa, Beans, and Rice ($14), Top Sirloin with Caesar Salad ($24), Rip City IPA ($7.75), and a Hazelnut Martini ($9.50). The fajitas came with tortillas, beans, and rice, making it a hearty and filling meal on its own. Everything was delicious, and we were completely satisfied with our lunch!🥰

The food and drinks are great and our server was amazing, it was just very loud (football season). After finding a table in a quieter spot we had a lovely time. Definitely recommend this place to watch the big game and take any guy friends! For a girl's afternoon make sure to scope out a quieter table, the drinks and dessert are worth the extra few minutes trust me :)

Awkward atmosphere. Seems like people come here only to socialize with the people they came with. Not like the bars back in the day where one could start up a conversation with anyone. The waitress made the first impression awkward, now in retrospect it was because she came across as a jerk. Control freaks are not relaxing to be around, and do not make people feel welcome. I ordered a Bloody Mary, after the barmaid made it, the waitress shoved the olive and pepperocini in my drink with her dirty money handling hands. She’s not a food handler, she’s a money handler. When I received my drink I hand to remove the offending garnish. Feeling disappointed. I like chewing on an olive while drinking a Bloody Mary enjoying the taste as olive slowly mixes in. There are too many other places to go to ever return here.

I am disgusted by this place. I came in with my 2 year old daughter and my sister, but almost as soon as we had placed our order my daughter started having a tantrum , my daughter is on the spectrum and suffers from behavioral problems , but these people acted like they have never seen a child have a tantrum and came over and asked me to take my child outside! I was so heartbroken and couldn't think right so I left but my sister stayed and proceeded to pay for the food that we took to go, I wish I could have controlled my emotions better and called my sister and told her to leave the restaurant. But no she waited and payed and they gave us some nasty gooey Mac and cheese for my child! Never going to this racist establisment again

Food is good for what it is but the service is horrendous. I can't say it's because the staff isn't doing their job because they're stretched so far even the best would struggle. One server, a bartender, and a food runner are attempting to serve the entire place. No sections are closed to keep people in one area so I've watched my server run back and forth the length of the dining room the entire time I was here. Apparently the kitchen was understaffed as well, the food runner was just telling the bartender they were going to be helping out in back as well. Where is the manager through this, I certainly didn't see them step up to help.
