Customer Review Summary
The food at Texas Roadhouse receives high praise for its quality and flavor, with popular items including the New York Strip and cheese fries. However, the loud atmosphere, especially during busy times and celebrations, detracts from the dining experience for some guests. Service is generally good, but there are occasional lapses, such as forgotten bread rolls. Many reviewers note the wait times can be long, particularly during peak hours and special occasions. Despite some minor issues, the restaurant remains a favorite for its delicious food and welcoming service. Overall, experiences can vary, but many customers express a desire to return.

The food was really good. We enjoyed everything that we had. The birthday celebration is a really loud noisy event. They could calm that down just a little bit kind of distract from having a great time at dinner, but everything was really well done

Haven't been in years and it was excellent! Had to wait for about 30 minutes but was well worth it! The food was great (highly suggest the cheese fries) and my New York Strip was cooked well and was flavorful. Our waiter was extremely friendly and the staff were very on top of things. Definitely will be back!

Called in advance to make reservation on New Year's eve. It did take around 50 minutes to be seated but that could be expected on a day when no one wants to cook before their evening plans. I ordered the prime rib medium rare which was cooked to perfection along with mashed potatoes gravy and green beans. They always supply in never-ending supply of hot rolls and honey butter. Our server also brewed a fresh pot of coffee for us at the end of our meal. My only issue as is so with many restaurants these days that the music is played so loud that it's hard sometimes to have a conversation at your table. It's especially difficult if some of your guests that you have brought are in what I would describe is that elderly phase of life, play sometimes you just have to yell a little louder past the dinner rolls Lol. 😀

I usually go inside to eat, but this was a good night for take home and enjoying. My order was ready on time and everything was just right. I ordered the Road Kill, with a sweet potato and salad. The entree was really good. The blend of grill seasoning, onions and sautéed mushrooms was delicious.

Our favorite place to eat always great service no matter how busy they are . Food is on point. Never had an issue of a steak being overcooked or something missing. Spot on !!!

Came during the busiest hours- dinner time. And so there was a waiting-time for a seat to open for us. The service seemed very rapid though was our seat was open. We got seated immediately and seemed fast surprisingly, even with the extremely busy schedule. 😳💨 But definitely, the waiters are definitely overflowed. This place serves unlimited buttered bread rolls 🍞 with cinnamon cream sauce 😋 every time you dine, and our waiter completely forgot to bring out ours. But when we asked for it, the waiter then proceeded to complete forget it and we had to end up asking another waiter serving another table to bring us our bread rolls. ☹️🫤 But I gotta say, the food is AMAZING, but also I’ve tried better 😋🤷♀️🤷♂️; with not toooo absurd prices. The food took a normal waiting time for it to be served to us, surprisingly. 🧑🍳👨🍳 The infinite buttery bread rolls with cinnamon cream sauce they also serve are tasty and it’s awesome that they have that spec. ✨🍞 😋 I ordered a New York Strip steak 🥩. It came out tasting really professionally done and TASTYY! Fries were amazing too, and the portions weren’t too bad of it!! 👍 I plan to try their baked potatoes once I come back the next time. 🍟😋 Anyways, very nice dinner place to hang out with friends or family. Very tasty food as well! 😋🤤🤤 But be aware, during dinner time it gets really busy haha- but with the amazing food and understanding of its business; I’ll keep it with a 5 star.

We went here for my birthday dinner. Despite calling ahead, we still had over an hour wait once we were there. Besides that mishap, the food was great. Our waitress was top-notch! We had a large group, and they seated us in an area that worked out well for us. I will definitely go back in the future on a night that they hopefully aren't so busy or I don't have somewhere else to be at a certain time.

The best thing of this place were the rolls. My chicken fried steak was extra salty.. the gravy had a sweetness to it, it was really weird. Fries were soft but edible. Service wasn’t horrible, had to get the waitress attention a few times, but it’s ok. It was extremely busy in there on a Saturday night. Overall: I wouldn’t be back.
