Really great place for a business lunch. The quality of the food and the service was befitting of a nice business lunch. The food quality was on point, offering chef specials and off-menu items for lunch was a nice point. The ingredients were fresh and of good quality. The service was good! Only thing I would say is maybe a little bit overwhelmed, but good. We definitely tipped her well, and she earned it. Overall, only complaint I had personally is that I ordered a salad...why did I order a salad when there were so many other fantastic options? Darn trying to be healthier :) The French Onion Soup BTW....SO good!

I've loved the 61st and Yale location for years. It's always been the location that is constantly good. I highly recommend the French Onion soup and the ribeye. I definitely do NOT recommend the bread pudding. It's a travesty, I ordered it once and was shocked at how bad it was.

Very quick service. Food is excellent the French onion soup and the bread pudding are to die for. Friendly and quick staff. This is a great option for a steakhouse if you are in the Tulsa area. Also the drinks are heavy handed and i appreciate that.

I had high hopes for this place and chose it over the suggestion of Salt Grass by one in our party who is local. Unfortunately, this place was a hard let down. First the good: Our server was amazing! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We never went without refills, he was understanding of our group interactions and respected those with regards to taking our orders etc. The atmosphere is nice, and felt clean and inviting. The bad: The food is a disaster. For starters we had a French onion soup that looked like the grill tip had been scraped into a bowl and hot water poured over it. Our wedge salads were disgusting. The dressing was straight cream, the salad consisted of the wedge with the base still attached, 4 small cherry tomatoes, and literally 4 crumbles of bacon. The filet mignon while cooked to order, wasnt trimmed properly and did not look like anything worthy of a $50 price tag. The steak Gerard had a saving grace in the mustard sauce, but the steak was extremely chewy at medium rare and again, not at the quality expected for $50. Lastly the chocolate bunt was dry, and the chocolate sauce used tasted like it was from a Hershey’s squirt bottle. My advice (I hate to say this), save your money and eat at a roadhouse chain for better quality food, or for the same kind of atmosphere and price tag in Tulsa, but much higher quality food go to a Salt Grass.

The atmosphere of the place is very pleasant, ideal for a romantic dinner. The food: we ordered onion soup which was delicious. You must try it . The shrimp and chicken cocktail, it was not bad but it was not special. The dessert was carrot cake it was a big slice and very delicious.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful date night experience at McGill’s. Our service was excellent, as well as the food and how swiftly when everything arrived! My partner and I absolutely loved the touch of the cracked pepper on the food, it was a delight. However the ribeye, and the filet mignon were under seasoned. I do believe if they add a little more flavor it’ll really be worth the price. I also think they should have at least one to two more options to the steaks. Grilled asparagus and or broccoli would be delicious! The atmosphere in the restaurant was very comfortable. Our waiter was quick, attentive, and very friendly! The prices were reasonably priced. Overall we had an excellent experience at McGill’s, and will definitely reserve another day and try the seafood!

Though a bit expensive the food was worth it.It was delicious and nostalgic the atmosphere was refreshing. If you come when there aren't many people it's really relaxed. The service is really friendly and they answer any questions u have with a smile.
