The modern, elegant decor set the perfect ambiance, and the wine lockers were such a unique and impressive touch! What truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. We were celebrating our anniversary, and it felt like the entire staff was in on the celebration! Every team member who passed by congratulated us, making us feel so special. Our waiter was hands down one of the best we've ever had—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our experience exceptional. And then there was the food—absolutely beyond amazing! Every dish was packed with flavor, served in generous portions, and worth every single penny. While this isn’t a budget restaurant, the quality, service, and overall experience make it worth every dollar. T he Capital Grille is such a nice place with a fancy ambiance and polite staff. Our server, Jaxson, was great and made our experience even better. We ordered crab cakes, steaks, and cheesecake. The crab cake was delicious, the steaks were cooked to perfection, and the cheesecake was one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

The hostess didn't miss a beat, she assured us it wouldn't be a problem and let us know they should have our table ready shortly. After seating us, our waitress Ashley was outstanding. She was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our night special. The manager, Brian even stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our evening. The food was on point, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. I loved being able to see the kitchen and staff working hard to prepare our culinary experience. Great experience here last night. Had an excellent In Fashioned. Perfectly balanced cocktail. Cannot say enough about the delicious beet and goat cheese salad. Then my wife had the 10oz filet, was perfectly cooked and had a very flavorful sear on it. I had the pan seared sea bass, with a really tasty miso butter. Didn’t feel like the shiitake mushrooms really added much but that’s a pretty tiny critique. Then finished with the crème brûlée which was phenomenal!

The Pan-Fried Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers and Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella with Vine Ripe Tomatoes were crowd pleaser. I personally enjoyed the Dry Aged Bone-In Strip with Sam's Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus.

It was my friend and I's first time at Capital Grille and it was quite nice. The staff was very attentive and friendly and the dishes were satisfying. I enjoyed the Chilean Sea bass while my friend had the chicken. We shared the Brussel sprouts and we're not disappointed.

Delicious and expertly cooked cuts of meet and family style sides. Possibly the best sauteed mushrooms I have ever had; perfectly cooked and seasoned. The roasted potatoes were also very well prepared but the asparagus was sadly very thin, not snapped in the proper place and overcooked. The bread selection is very nice also and if not for the water person spilling a glass and then not offering to get napkins or change the table cloth it would be five-star service. The server was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We will definitely go back again for a special occasion but be prepared for special occasion pricing also 🥩 🍄 🥪 🍷
