Sumo II is an excellent place for a dining and entertaining experience. Bob, our chef, was talented in both culinary and hibachi skills. Bob knew how to handle several Japanese hibachi knives along with some tricks to go along with it. Watching a chef cooking your food right in front of you is a unique experience if you have never seen it or are exciting if you have done it before. This place is awesome.

I don't really like sushi, but the person I was with does. I could not eat shellfish, so the menu was limited. I was told that the sushi was in fact good, so points there. I ordered steak and chicken and it was really enjoyable. The vegetables were over cooked to my liking, but I didn't specify how I wanted them, so that's on me. The rice was absolutely delicious up to the point I found hair in it. Overall, not impressed for the first time. If you like sushi give it a try, and enjoy the staff, they were absolutely amazing, friendly and very gracious people.

I wish I would've got the name of the employee that served our hibachi. He was awesome! Super friendly and great entertainment. I had the filet mignon and I have no regrets. Steak was perfectly cooked and very tender. This is the first hibachi experience I've had in about 15 years. I will definitely be back to this place!

Let me start by saying, Yummy!!! Definitely recommend. We got hibachi shrimp with fried rice and noodles, it came with clear soup and small salad. The dressing on the salad is pretty good. I don't personally like alot of seasoning but this food, just great! We also tried an appetizer, California roll, and I liked how the cucumber gave it flavor. Only thing was the hibachi shrimp order quantity. So we got 2 orders and it wasn't enough shrimp for 3 people, I think it's 8 per order. There was a lot of chicken pieces though. We also got the fried tone and steak from the kids menu, decent amount.

We visited last week for our first time and then came back again last night because we enjoyed it that much! The hibachi meals as well as the sushi are amazing! (can't leave out the ginger salad and the clear soup as well). They do buy one get one half off on all of their specialty rolls every day of the week which will keep us coming back for more. The service is also outstanding. They have taken very good care of us on both of our visits so far and I am sure they will continue to in the future. We will be back again soon!
