The food was very good, the waitstaff did a great job, everything was spot on from the first to the last. From rice, vegetables, steak, chicken, and seafood, everything is cooked in front of you and served fresh and delicious. The onion volcano is exciting to see and feel the heat from this fire. The sherbet in several flavors is maybe the part the kids enjoyed most.

I've been celebrating New Years Eve at Shoguns for over 30 years with my wife and school friends. It's just a great way to end a year while enjoying a fine, fun filled meal.

Our chef was great, customer service was great and I like how big the restaurant is. It is inside of the mall but not small. My only complaint is that they didn’t have the type of yum yum sauce I’m used to getting. The sauces were still really good, I ordered the steak and chicken hibachi dinner with shrimp appetizer. The food was delicious, lots of veggies, I was happy with the portion sizes as well!

Shogun used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but this week we went, and things have went downhill. Had a reservation for 7:30. The chef didn't start cooking until after 8. The server was very behind. Two of us didn't get our steamed rice until way after the others got their fried rice cooked. The portion sizes were very small compared to how it was in the past. The food was much too salty. We couldn't hear anything the chef said over the super loud fan. I can't believe they now charge $6 to sing happy birthday.

It was good. The service was good but there was a lag in the service. I think she had more than the two tables in our area! The chef was really really good, except he overcooked the scallops a little and did the steak well done instead of rare. But he was very entertaining which helped.

The service here always tends to be SUPER SLOW!! Be prepared to wait for a long time on refills. Our cook arrived before our soup and salad and we waited like 25 minutes for our drink orders to be taken after we were seated. The food is decent but it’s not the best Hibachi we’ve had.

Great place to eat and very enjoyable to watch your meal be prepared. I definitely recommend going if you've never been. Or even if you have, go again...

Completely horrible. We had a reservation for four for my daughter’s birthday because she loved shoguns so much but wanted to add one more person last minute and let the restaurant before hand. When we got there the old guy was just so rude. Mad we even were there my bad for asking you to do your job. Food was absolutely amazing as always just crammed us in one room. They need to fire the old hostess. Unacceptable for how many times we have been there. Been going for 8 years!
