I recently dined here for the first time, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The subtle yet elegant atmosphere exudes class and makes for a perfect dining experience. Our waiter, James, truly elevated the evening. He was incredibly attentive and made some fantastic dish recommendations. It felt like he was always one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. The combination of the sophisticated ambiance and James' impeccable service made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend McClintock Saloon & Chop House and look forward to returning soon!

Walking in sets the tone that your in an old west saloon. They have the longest bar in Oklahoma, 50 ft. They have brunch, lunch, and dinner options to choose from. We started off with the fried chicken livers and the deviled eggs. Both were delicious, the deviled eggs were made with Tabasco, so they have a little kick. We ordered a Saving Private Ryan and How About them Mules for our cocktails. They were both delicious. For our main course I chose the Wild Game entree. Tonight’s choice was Kangaroo Strogonoff. It was delicious. A little dry, could have had a little gravy but otherwise very delicious. Got shoestring onion strings and Brussels sprouts with it. My wife ordered the lamb chops and they were some of the best we had ever had. Th gravy topping was a great addition and the loaded baked potato was huge and the toppings were plenty. We got the Bourbon Caramel Bread putting with fresh fruit. It was a great experience and a great meal. Our Waitress Chloe made everything very easy and her recommendations were spot on.

Went here on a recommend from a friend. Very cool vibe when you enter. I ordered an Old Fashioned to start and then the ribeye (mid rare) with a salad and green beans. The Old Fashioned tasted great but it was more ice than anything! It was gone in 2 sips. The salad was pretty good. The steak on the other hand was nothing special. It was a very tough steak which is unusual for a mid rare ribeye. The flavor profile was non existent. Very chewy, not the melt in your mouth steak i was anticipating. The green beans were good though. Bottom line, if you are looking to go somewhere for a good steak. DON’T GO HERE. If you want a subpar steak with good sides, this is the place to go.

McClintock Saloon & Chop House is a hidden gem located in the heart of the OKC Stockyard District. At first glance, it appears more like a bar than a traditional restaurant, but stepping inside reveals a delightful surprise. The restaurant boasts a high-end old west saloon vibe, with a spacious layout that features multiple dining areas, much larger than the exterior suggests .Perfect for a special occasion, especially if you're looking to impress someone special. My Ribeye steak was Cooked over a wooden fire, and was fantastic An impressive collection of over 100 different whisky brands, making it a great spot for whisky enthusiasts. A definite place to return to, promising a unique dining experience.

I came to eat here with two of my friends we had plenty of time to catch up before the food came which was a good thing but the food came quickly regardless of the appetizer or the entree. I would highly recommend this saloon for anyone that wants to have a good meal and conversate with old friends!

Really fun place to eat. Very unique. Steaks are outstanding. The special for the day was kangaroo stroganoff. Very unique but tasty. We will be back for sure!

Best steakhouse in OKC hands down. I've been to cattlemens and trust me the steaks here are so much better the flavor and when you ask for med rare it's just that! Look at my pictures for proof. The wait staff here is awesome. You can't beat the atmosphere and it truly fits in being in the stockyards. Music fits the theme and everyone wears a smile.

We were disappointed with our dining experience on Thanksgiving. Couple of photos provided. We had a 6:30 reservation and were sat quickly. As far as food, I couldn't believe that this was called JUMBO shrimp cocktail. It's just 5 regular sized frozen shrimp. Some of us got the turkey dinners and they looked like plates you make with leftovers the next day. The turkey was dry and cold, I was shocked. It seemed like they pre made a bunch of turkeys and then were just heating up chunks of it. Did not taste good. Everything else was over salted. The rolls were rock hard, none of us ate them. At 7:15 they started moving tables around and sweeping right next to us. Then they gave me my dessert in a togo container... All in all it just wasn't very welcoming. Maybe I should know better than to eat out on Thanksgiving but I assumed that if you're open youre going to do it right and enable people to enjoy themselves. I gave all of our leftovers to some homeless people. After our experience they emailed to ask about the experience. I provided this info and they never even followed up. All in all I'm just not in a rush to go back for a regular dining night. 20 years in service industry, for the record.
