Logan's Roadhouse

I’m only posting this so Jeff can see these pictures and will know that I wasn’t lying about my order. I ordered delivery directly through the Logan’s website. It arrived on time. I was so excited for this meal. But was so disappointed when I attempted to eat my steak. I order medium rare. I don’t eat my steak any other way. I also eat at Logan’s very often especially when ordering to go. And ‘The Logan’ is my favorite meal. My steak arrived raw. Yes, I am fully aware that medium rare has a cool red center. But it’s still cooked. This steak was not cooked. It was seared and that’s it. My daughter legit asked if it wanted some grass because it was still mooing. When I contacted the restaurant Jeff insisted that I be educated on what I ordered and understand steak cooking levels (MY words, not his). I understand steak very well. I gave 4 stars because besides his insisting that I just ordered wrong, he did refund me and offered to watch for a reorder to make sure it was done correctly. I didn’t reorder because I was at work. But he handled it well and that is greatly appreciated. Logan’s is my favorite so hopefully this doesn’t happen again.

So i only put one picture on. Normally ill put more if i feel needs it. But... i am very dissapointed. That would be an undstatement though. Food was terrible. First of all the picture i posted was of intant potatoes, they tried to pass as real. But, i could smell the difference. Without even tasting. Second they brought our steak, even though it was medium like we asked. It was warm. Boarding on cold. We also ordered bacon mac and cheese. Which was bland. And the drink my wife ordered was lazy. When we ordered her second drink. They sent a reused glass. The way i noticed was because they had the lemon and lime squeezed in the same glass. Lazy. No qualitiy. Then when we asked foe a to go container. They brought a dirty container. This is the second time i tried this place. The first time was a dry steak. Please! Try harder

Our server, Kaitlyn, was amazing—attentive, kind, and took great care of us. A fantastic dining experience all around!

Ashley was an EXCELLENT server!! She was very sweet, quick, and stayed on top of refills and making sure everyone at the table had everything they needed (we had 10 people in our group). The food was hot and all came out as ordered. Definitely one of our best restaurant experiences!

I really enjoy this place to be honest. The food was great, the service was amazing, Ashley is my new favorite server for sure! I’ll be coming back here soon!

Stopped in for lunch Ashley greeted us with a smile and very friendly. I explained to her how pickle I am about my steak, that I want it between medium well and well done. She communicated and it came out perfect. She was very timely with refilling drinks and checking on us 10/10 would come back and definitely recommend to set in Ashley’s section she was great.

The all American burger with Swiss cheese was delicious and cooked medium just as we ordered. The old-fashioned I had with dinner was really good. The atmosphere was nice and the music wasn’t blaring so loud you couldn’t think. Ashley, our server was very upbeat and sweet.

Came here for a date night and it was nice. My favorite part was the rolls at the beginning! I liked the onion rings, but some of them were so caked with batter they were a wee bit undercooked. We just picked the crispy ones out! I loved the mashed potatoes, one of my favorites I’ve had at a restaurant. Asked for a medium rare steak and received a practically alive piece of meat lol. We waited over ten minutes to get the server’s attention to get it cooked a little longer. Still wasn’t medium rare, but the flavor of it was really good! Our server was really nice though.
