Customer Review Summary
Service is generally praised for being attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is described as neat and pleasant, especially in the quieter bar area. Food quality is mixed; some dishes like the brisket and fried okra received positive notes, while others, particularly the ribs and coleslaw, were criticized for blandness and texture issues. Several items, such as chicken fried steak and some sides, were noted to be pre-made or lacking in freshness. There were complaints about inconsistent food quality, including under-seasoned dishes and temperature issues. Some guests enjoyed the variety on the menu and highlighted specific items like the 3-Meat Combo and BBQ sauce. Overall, while the service and ambiance receive commendations, the food experience is inconsistent with both highs and lows.

Service was great. Atmosphere was really neat. Food was disappointing, overall. Coslslaw was disgusting. The taste was there but it was minced and pureed, the texture was gross, almost reminded me of baby food. Not what you would expect with a great coleslaw. The brisket was good. The ribs I wouldn't order again. Lacked meat and flavor and on the dry side. BBQ sauce was good. Chicken fried steak was okay. The fried okra was great. The hot links were good, too, and had a kick to them.

Food was very bland. Ranch for salad was watered down. Sliced Brisket had no seasoning and was not smoked tasted like boiled roast beef. Sauted mushrooms were from a can. Chicken fried steak was Pre-made frozen. Not handbattered on stated ok menu.

My friends and I stopped to try this joint. Local BBQ spot and it is delicious! Started off with fresh bread and honey Butter. I ordered the 3-Meat Combo the bologna, pulled pork, and sliced brisket were outstanding. Sides of stoney potatoes and Mac and cheese. My friends added some fried orca and a polish sausage sandwich with fries . They both loved it all. The spicy BBQ was the perfect heat.

We always love going there, went for my wife's birthday tonight. Service is always on point, and attentive. Only issue was one of our orders was chicken tenders, and we received nuggets. Obviously frozen, and equivalent to McDonalds. Not servers fault, but if you don't have an item, let us know. We would have ordered differently.

05-14-2024 5:45 PM. We went to Stone Mill BBQ and Steakhouse for the all-you-can-eat BBQ ribs on Tuesdays since we had not been there in years. We were asked if we wanted to sit in the bar or main dining room and we chose the bar. It was a good choice—much quieter. I liked the nautical themed bar. We were greeted by “Princess” and she took our drink order. When she returned with drinks, we ordered the rib dinners; mine with Stone Mill potatoes and green beans and my wife ordered the tabouli and fried okra. She said the tabouli was really good. I liked my potato’s and green beans. I could not have ordered more ribs after eating what was first delivered. They were good and filling. Almost didn’t get a picture. The service and food were great.

Brisket looked and tasted like boiled beef. Burger was alright, more on a dry side. Place was empty but still took a while to get seated and to get the food, which usually doesn’t matter that much as far as food is good, but it wasn’t the case. French fries were good

12:30pm on a Saturday: Had their BBQ, (The Big Wheel & Pulled Pork sandwiches) mighta been better if it had been served hot, but instead was closer unfortunately to room temp. BBQ sauce was good so were the beans. Staff was very pleasant and we enjoyed their service
