Customer Review Summary
Carvers on 19 has a mixed bag of reviews. Many praised the atmosphere and the attentive service, with highlights on dishes like crab cakes, filet, and lobster dishes. Some diners enjoyed complementary dessert bites and exceptional views, consistently noting the speed of service. However, several reviewers criticized the food quality, with complaints about soggy salads, greasy tacos, and under-seasoned meals, leading to disappointment given the high prices. While most of the service staff received positive remarks, some diners felt their dining experiences were marred by poor food quality and slow service. Overall, the restaurant has potential but may not meet expectations for everyone.

We didn’t have a reservation (hoping to grab a quick bite at the bar), but they kindly accommodated us. The service was great and incredibly fast. We needed to be out of there in less than an hour, and we were with time to spare. We ordered a steak and chicken cordon bleu with crab cakes for appetizers. Food was great but really loved the crab cakes…to the point where I would’ve probably had 4 more by myself if I hadn’t already ordered dinner. Paired it with a red wine. Perfect combo. They also gave out little complementary dessert bites of something that was delicious and pretty adorable. The view is fantastic as well with awesome service. Will definitely be returning!

My salad was drenched in dressing! It was super soggy. The bread they brought out tasted like nothing. I got the tacos and they were super greasy and presented on a bed of lettuce that made Taco Bell’s seem fresh. The sample dessert was way too sweet. The bite of filet I had wasn’t terrible but I can’t believe people think this place is any good. Oklahomans don’t have taste buds I guess. The service was great, though. Tipped well. I felt bad for our waitress having to serve us that nasty food.

Val was amazing, she made our anniversary one for the books. My filet was cooked to perfection and the oysters are to die for!! Everyone needs to give Carvers a try!!

service was amazing. it was our anniversary and we got apps, lobster, filet, scallops, wine, whiskey, a bit of everything!! again, service hands down amazing but I’m pretty sure there was not a drop of even salt and pepper on our food. very disappointing with a bill over $300 for 2 people and we get more seasoning from a chain restaurant. this is our second time and same experience, wanted to give another shot in case we went on an off night. we won’t make that mistake again

We did not have a reservation. They very graciously provided us a table at the bar within 5 minutes (on a Saturday night, fabulous!). Everything was amazing! Shrimp cocktail, Filet, LobsterMac and Cheese (a must!), and Ashley your martini “Lady Mae” was 🔥! SO DELICIOUS! We will enjoy again soon! Highly recommend!

Worse place we have ever been to. My bf has never not finished his steak, he barely ate half cuz it was so chewy & dry & they don’t serve steak sauce. Appetizers are insane, we ordered 2 but each appetizer is like for 1 crab cakes (1) for $18! 3 tiny tiny tiny tiny baby tacos for $18, $48 for 5 mushrooms. Atmosphere everyone is staring at each other cuz it’s so loud & small In there, might be on the 19th floor but there is no view. SUPER SLOWWWWWW. The last picture is what u can make at home for the price of one of their dried out nasty steaks. & the sever says the steak is better than Ruth Chris steak house. No!!!! & Ruth Chris doesn’t even let your glass get half empty & I think our server filled mine up once there!
