I came in tonight to get take-out, and was greeted immediately with much kindness. She was extremely helpful, since I had never been there before. We had a great conversation as I waited for my food. The sushi was amazing!! I got the volcano roll and the eel cucumber roll. They were absolutely delightful- presentation and taste! Definitely recommend this restaurant!

Visited on an odd weekday shortly after they opened for the day, but they were extremely welcoming and happy to have us. The sushi rolls were excellent. Very fresh and bursting with flavor! The hibachi meal I order was also amazing! I feel like you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. The staff also did a fantastic job and were the sweetest people. Most definitely worth checking out!!

I enjoyed everything that I ordered from this sushi spot and was surprised by the large sushi portions! I had lots leftover to take home to my family. I ordered the Yo Yo Maki Specialty Roll, Stuffed Jalapeños, Salmon Hibachi w/ Fried Rice and Veggies, and Fried Cheesecake. Everything was very delicious and fresh tasting. The fried sushi roll (with a side of ginger and eel sauce) was my absolute favorite. And the fried cheesecake was really something special. It wasn’t too sweet, and had a warm battered crust on the outside with still slightly cold cheesecake on the inside. This place is definitely worth a try and I plan to visit again. The lady who served me (I’m guessing perhaps an owner) was incredibly sweet and offered lots of suggestions. It’s a small family restaurant with not much seating, and probably best for takeout or small groups.

Our first time trying and I have to say I enjoy the authenticity. The decor n was beautiful and the ambience is chill. The rolls are filling and nicely portioned. The menu is a bit intimidating ( multiple options. Tables were a bit dull with some specs I enjoyed, I recommend and I will be back Rock shrimp Super Maki Roll Volcano Roll

This place was lovely, and the service was really the star of the show. The waitress serving us and helping us out was so very sweet, really made the entire meal worth it. Our personal favorite was the Kani salad, one of the best weve had, highly recommend grabbing it. They did not skimp on the Crab Hand Roll either, lots of filling and delicious. We got the Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice, which came out piping hot and had a lot of flavor thanks to the pineapple bowl it was in. It still had the tail shells on the shrimp for those who might like that but I am not one of those people, but i won't hold that against them. The Super Maki roll was also a good choice with good proportions with a tad bit too much cream cheese but didn't take away from the dish to be faulted for it. The green tea was perfect for the cold weather and they made sure to give us a to go cup with extra before we left and some candies. We can't compliment the service enough, our biggest regret is we ate too fast and filled up.

After trying numerous other restaurants, Sushi Yoshi is now our favorite Sushi restaurant in Toledo. The staff is friendly, atmosphere is welcome and relaxing, and the food is of course amazing. We have tried a lot of different restaurants but always come back here for quality sushi at a great price.

I immediately loved the look and atmosphere of this place. It's a small intimate restaurant with an old authentic Japanese style. The food was amazing 😍 and I loved the hot Saki 😉. I would recommend having the Fried Ice Cream for Dessert. I don't usually like orange flavored anything.. lol. But their ice cream was Mango and Deep Fried .. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. My new fav.
