Final Cut Steak & Seafood has received a mix of reviews praising both its service and food quality. Many guests rave about exceptional service from staff like Roxan and Cierra, noting their attentiveness and knowledge of the menu, which enhances the dining experience. The food is frequently described as outstanding, particularly dishes like Lobster Bisque, tomahawk steaks, and crab legs. Roxan was absolutely amazing. The Assistant Manager Richard also came over and introduced himself and asked how our night was going which made us feel extra special. We don’t get date nights often and definitely was a night to remember. Definitely recommend if you want great service and an extraordinary experience.

Cierra was the BEST Server!!! From the wine pairing suggestions to the overall knowledge of the menu. Her personality was happily infectious and made our dining experience just that much more enjoyable! Thank you taking your time with us and having the patience to answer all our questions! Everyone that worked there and walked by our table had a smile on which made us feel even more comfortable! The food was just as amazing as the service. The Lobster Bisque was to die for! The steak and lobster were top notch and the mini canolis were a must! Thank you again and will definitely be back!

We stopped in after winning 4$ on a slot machine. We ate at the lounge and tried a few things. First Noel was a excellent bartender who took care us. She was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. The head Chef of the casino Jake happened to be walking by and stopped and asked how everything was as well. Lobster rissotto was delicious texture was perfect. Lounge menu offers high end favorites at a affordable prices. Will be back.

Aye this place is top 3 in the city of Toledo, as far as treating yourself to a “luxurious” night out. No it’s not cheap but the quality you’ll never have to second guess. My tomahawk steak was perfect and worth every penny. My lobster tail wasn’t small but nice sized. The drinks were flowing and the service top notch. The pork belly is also a banger - if you like meat but haven’t tried it…go for it! This place makes me contemplate just coming to the bar by myself. Don’t sleep!

Don't waste your money. We went here for my husband's birthday with another couple. The waitress was super nice, there was nothing she could do to help what we went through. I guess to many people called off that night is what we were told. We had ordered mixed drinks, 30 mins went by..waitress kept apologizing- they had 1 bartender and I'm not sure where all that person was needed. We finally asked for bottled beer so we could have a drink while we still waited for the mixed drinks to come out. We ordered our food. App came out (seafood something) the table overall liked it. Again it took forever for our steaks to come out! My husband and I ordered tomahawks. I was furious! I ordered medium rare and it came out medium/well. My husband, although it was his birthday offered his to me because he knew I wasn't going to eat a rawhide. This place was so freaking disappointing. Oh AND they said for all our inconveniences and the time we were there they were taking off the apps and something else. Instead they brought out a dessert, which we didn't order ( I thought maybe it was for my husband's birthday- something they do) no that was what was "taken off". My bill for 2 people was over $300 and I'm seriously not sure what could have cost that, even at a restaurant like that. Not a good place, it used to be, not anymore. Sent in a review to them expressing our experience, radio silence. Don't waste your money OR time!

We had 7 PM reservations on Friday. We were seated immediately at our booth. As a former restaurant manager for a popular establishment perhaps I went in with my expectations too high. For starters, our server had a very dry personality. I noticed other servers very personable with their tables, and it seemed at first as though ours didn’t care to be there. That was my initial analysis of her. As the evening went on, she warmed up just a bit, and I began to appreciate that she wasn’t overbearing and came to the table just enough to keep us satisfied. By the end of the evening, I really enjoyed a server who did her job and didn’t stick around too long. It would have been nice to have a more initial welcoming, but again she turned out to be a good server. Now for the rest. This was our second time here and the first time our experience was much better so I think that also played into my expectations. The food was absolutely three stars at best. We asked for our fillets medium, to which they were definitely medium well. They were also extremely salty/top-heavy on the seasoning. The server did her job and asked if they were OK and we didn’t want to make her job any harder so we said yes. After all, she’s not the chef. They were busy and we didn’t want to impose a back up on the kitchen staff to correct it. The macaroni and cheese is horrible. Who is taste testing in approving this menu? We have two very upscale and respectful pallets for different cuisines but there’s macaroni and cheese misses the mark all the way around. The mushrooms here are incredible, I will say, though. Big potato baked to perfection. We bought the $130 Alaskan crab legs on special, which were cracked for us and served nicely. That being said, they were incredibly salty for some reason. The crab cake, and the calamari were phenomenal starters. we ordered two drinks from the bar and both were delicious. We tried the bloody orange margarita on special and it was probably one of my favorite drinks I’ve had out to dinner so far. I’m giving a mixed review on purpose, to highlight the great items at this establishment, while also hoping that management takes these reviews seriously and does some thing to make sure 100% of guests receive perfect food each time, not 80%. My biggest issue with this dinner was that as a former manager, I can tell when back of the house has had food sitting. When I cut into my steak, I knew for a fact it did not just come off the grill, and instead had waited a bit too long to come to the table, which is probably how we got to the medium well portion instead of a perfect medium. In a restaurant, such as outback or Longhorns, this wouldn’t be such a big deal, but when you are spending what it cost to eat a steak at an upscale establishment like this one, you should never missed the mark and get it right 100% of the time in my humble opinion. My bill came to $418, and we tipped over 20% in addition to that. There were two of us celebrating an anniversary, and to be quite honest, this will probably be our last celebration here. As much as we enjoy the casino and love the ambience of this establishment, I just can’t justify a $500 dinner if they aren’t going to hit the target every time. Mistakes happen. Working in the back of the house can be a tough job. But if I wait 1 1/2 hours after my reservation for my dinner to arrive at my table I expect it to be phenomenal from start to finish. We were hoping to come back in a couple weeks for another celebration, but I’m on the fence about this because I don’t know if I can stomach spending an additional $500 and knowing I could have went to Mancy’s for a portion of the price was better quality and end result. One more thing I would like to say, this restaurant is business casual. That means you should hold your customers to a standard. Why was the gentleman across from me wearing a hoodie in pair of shorts? Why were the girls who came in after us wearing midriffs with belly buttons hanging out? If you’re going to announce online that it is business, casual, then uphold that standard.

Christopher our waiter was wonderful could not ask for better service. The steaks was a different story, we both ordered our steaks medium. My strip steak was perfect, my friends porterhouse was well done. They took it back and he ordered a strip steak, they brought him a ribeye. All in all it was a nice evening, i also would highly suggest the 5 layer chocolate cake or the cheese cake for dessert.

Exceptional restaurant, the absolute best steak around. The chicken dish is made with magic, not sure how a piece of chicken can melt in your mouth, well this does. Libations are top notch and if you want great service, this is the place. Our personal favorite server is Cierra, she is fantastic. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this restaurant! Worth the drive to Toledo.
