Beautiful romantic historical place to dine in. Food was amazing, great appetizers, free breadsticks, and just overall amazing food. This place is run by a good owner, because it shows in the waitresses smiles. The waitresses are so nice and friendly, you don’t have to wait for anything, the service is fast, and they’re not too pushy but your cup is never empty. Only thing I didn’t like was the female manager yelling at the staff in front of us customers!

I visited this establishment yesterday to celebrate my birthday, anticipating an exceptional dining experience. I ordered the porterhouse steak cooked medium well, accompanied by a side salad and loaded baked potato. Unfortunately, the steak was a subpar cut of meat, excessively fatty, and required three re-cookings to achieve the desired level of doneness. Despite these efforts, the steak remained raw and bloody. Blood was pooling on top of the steak. Notably, the menu failed to indicate that the steak would be topped with mushrooms, and it lacked a proper sear on both sides, resembling boiled meat. The loaded baked potato was underwhelming, with only a modest amount of cheese and butter provided on the side. The salad was also unimpressive. Following the third attempt to correct my steak, I chose to forgo further efforts and departed, feeling disappointed and hungry. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment. It is worth noting that neighboring diners were also expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of the food.

I would definitely give this experience a zero star. I have been coming here since I was a little girl and it has went extremely downhill. My husband and came to celebrate. When my Chicken Parmesan came out it was extremely tough. I mentioned it to the waitress and she was extremely rude. She said I'm not sure what you want me to do about it. I can talk to the owner and might replace it but I don't know. I said my husband was already eating and I didn't want to wait for them to remake it as he would already be done eating by the time it came.she continued to get an attitude. I told her I would try to eat it but I could barely cut threw it. I then asked to speak to the owner, when he came over I explained how rude she was and he told us" he could not reverse time" since my husband was already eating but he could remake it to go and take it off the bill. I told him I was extremely upset but that was fine. When the waitress brought the check it was still on the bill.when I told her she smacked her lips and told me he never told her that. I said that's what he told me and she snatched the bill and stormed off. I will say iv never had worse service I'm so disappointed. A childhood staple I will never return to.

Angelo's is absolutely amazing. Always has been. Our sever was great. Alex, Angelo, or Nick usually comes out and says hi of we are there. Their food is untouchable and the best. Always get a huge steak there and and joy every minute. Thanks for always being awesome. See you guys soon!

Despite some other reviews, my experience here was pretty much immaculate. I think I did get the blonde waitress that I saw other people complain about having an attitude, but she was very nice and courteous and kind and attentive with me. The food, though! I consider myself to be a steak connoisseur and got their 9 ounce fillet. While it was just ever so slightly undercooked from what I had asked for, the unbelievably magnificent taste overruled deducting any stars on my review. Whatever they use as a marinade and then their mushroom kind of sauce that was on top of it made it taste like the best steak I’ve had in many, many years. I will say that the place was not busy at all, like it was almost dead in there so that could be why I got very speedy service but nonetheless that’s what I got, very speedy, on the spot, quick service. So I’ve gotta give this place five stars.
