We love texas roadhouse but tonight just wasn’t a good night. We got seated quickly but never got served rolls until I asked for them once our food came. My husband got the roadkill and first cut into it and it was raw no question. Another lady that served the food not our server said everything look good, we said no and she looked at us like we were crazy. they took it back. I understand it’s busy but they messed it up the first time. 20 minutes later, came back out and it was burnt dry. He asked for medium. My husband even said “if I wanted it like this, I could have cooked it at home myself”. I had mashed potatoes and they were like soup. just not the best experience for us tonight.

Food has been far better on previous visits. 91.5 health department grade was surprising. Cramming 6 of us into a regular booth was a tight fit. Y'all can do better. Dr. Pepper was good.

Will NEVER be back. Thomas the server was absolutely awful. I was in the restroom and my husband tried to order me a drink to which he then asked who he was ordering for and anyone not at the table had to be mentioned. 2 orders came out completely unbeatable and when the bill came and asked about any sort of resolution for sitting there over an hour and 2/5 orders unbeatable his response was “well did you eat it” no if you had half a brain cell there was a reason we needed so many to go boxes from arrival till leaving we were there almost 3 hours with 2 kids awful food and service. Longhorn will forever now be our go to and you guys would only be going yourselves a favor getting rid of Thomas this wasn’t the first time he’s been rude and nasty.

We stopped in at 2 pm on Valentine's day. The place was packed. We waited about 15 minutes and we're seated in the bar area. Our hostess who seated us was professional and helpful. Our waitress who was also working the bar was incredible. Even though slammed with full seating, she took our orders, checked back on us several times and provided excellent timely professional service. Our food was made correctly to order, hot and without undue waiting. All this while every seat in the restaurant was filled. This is why Texas Steakhouse is one of our go-to establishments. Well done again!

From the moment we stepped into Texas Roadhouse in Wilmington, NC, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a lively atmosphere. The energetic staff, coupled with the delicious food and drinks, made for an unforgettable dining experience. Our taste buds were tantalized by the perfectly cooked prime rib, which was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. My wife's filet mignon was equally impressive, cooked to her exact preference. The side dishes, particularly the loaded baked potato and fresh vegetables, complemented the main course beautifully. The attentive service was another highlight of our visit. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured that our every need was met. The lively atmosphere, complete with live music, added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. We highly recommend Texas Roadhouse in Wilmington, NC, for anyone seeking a delicious and fun dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a night out, this restaurant is sure to impress.

My wife and I enjoyed our excellent lunch on Valentines Day. Greeting, waitress, food all very good! We did ask the waitress about the music being so loud so we could have better conversation in hearing each other but I think there was doubt in changing to lower the volume. Other than that all was a very pleasant and memorable. "Thank y'all" for our day out.

Texas Roadhouse in Wilmington, NC, is hands down one of our favorite steakhouses in town! My wife and I often make it a dinner date when our kids are at youth group, and it’s always a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is cheerful and lively, making it a fun place to unwind. The food? Absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. We especially love starting with the fresh rolls and cinnamon butter—they’re irresistible! The complimentary peanuts are a nice touch too. The steaks are always perfectly cooked to order, and we never skip the cactus blossom—it’s a must-try appetizer! It’s also heartwarming to see families celebrating birthdays here, with at least 5-10 celebrations going on during any given dinner. Our only wish is for another location in the area to keep up with Wilmington’s growing population. Still, the excellent food and service make it worth the wait when it’s busy. Highly recommend!

Texas RoadHouse is above average in quality while also below the mean in price. Very busy and thus slower service, however that’s to be expected. Ribeye and ribs were good.
