Who knew such a gem existed in another restaurants old spot. We ate here last night for the first and NOT the last time. Lamb chops cooked to a perfect temp and the vodka sauce on the pasta was an explosion in your mouth. The service was spot on also. We sat at the bar (no reservations needed). Olivia's mixology was poetry in motion with guidance from the bar manager Shannon. Shannon didn't miss a beat, managing I think 4 bartenders with drinks and food. She's a boss. Thanks for a great start to our evening.

Every time I have dined here, the staff and management have been so accommodating. Even with the smallest things and they go they extra mile! I have dined in many fine dining restaurants in Cali and Las Vegas, Chicago and New York and I have to say, they top every restaurant when it comes to taking care of their customers! We definitely will be back and we appreciate all they do for us!

We came here for our anniversary/Valentines Day dinner and had a fantastic experience! This was easily the best restaurant we’ve been to in Wilmington. The food and cocktails were amazing, and the service was phenomenal. Definitely recommend!

What an incredible experience from the food to the service. Our waitress Savanna was wonderful. It was our first time there and she was attentive, went over every item and gave wonderful suggestions. The wait staff and management were also there to take care of us. They did a wonderful job brightening up the restaurant and the food and drinks were amazing!!!

We drove almost 2 hours to try this restaurant on Christmas Eve.. the service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and gave us good recommendations on the menu. The skirt steak was excellent , rolls and side dishes were also really good. One thing I was not very impressed with were the cocktails .. they were very strong and we didn’t finish any of them.. the ingredients sound good but the execution needs a little work. I will definitely come back but will probably skip ordering drinks.

This place is simply incredible! We dined here this even to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and we’re truly impressed. The food was outstanding, steaks cooked perfectly. Service was also excellent. The ambiance is certainly more upscale, which is nice for inside of a hotel. Would definitely recommended Sugo when in the area!

Sugo did not disappoint! This high-end restaurant features luxurious seats, beautiful murals, and elegant lighting, making it clear that you are in for a fantastic dining experience. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and professional. The Tuna Carpaccio was fresh and delicious. The Caesar Salad was crisp and refreshing, truly hitting the spot. The dry-aged KC Strip was cooked perfectly to medium rare, with a tender, warm red center and a crispy crust—sheer perfection. Don’t miss the Baked Alaska Flambé! The presentation was entertaining, but the dessert was so delicious that I won't be sharing it next time. ;)
