This is the first time I've been to outback in a while and the staff was amazing. Very attentive and food came out quick and was delicious. Mikayla was super sweet and made sure everything was good. Thank y'all

Myself and two friends ate lunch at outback today and I ordered the fried chicken lunch special. The size of my piece of chicken was probably equal to two chicken nuggets and I will include a picture. You guys really gotta do better. I get that it’s a lunch portion, but that wasn’t even anywhere close to appropriate. Server was so sweet very nice very polite very helpful and the food took a really long time to get.

I don’t know if Outback was extremely slammed this evening but our food was definitely not what we were expecting! The potato soup was more like oil soup and the 2 filets we received that were to be medium were so dry and crusty that we had to soak them in a1 sauce to be edible. The rare ribeye was cooked medium so it wasn’t even satisfactory. The only good thing out of our meal was the salads. Otherwise, this meal was not worth the money it cost at all!

Food was really good! Brought 1/2 home! There was enough for 2 dinners. The Cheesecake is to die for! Waiter was amazing! We were very "needy" & he never got irritated, even explained several items on menu, good knowledge.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff but service was horrible. It doesn’t matter how good the food and atmosphere is if the service stinks. Especially when the staff looks at you like you’re from another planet when you ask how long it will be for your order, they say they don’t know and when you ask them to go check. I guess my request was unwarranted based on the hostess’s reaction. Good grief. Take your money elsewhere. This slow service on a Sunday night when it’s empty?

2 .5 hrs before getting food. Your staff is poorly trained at best. Not enough staff. So many older people unable to be seated. Several tables un occupied. Yet many waiting to be seated. The excuse that your outside orders was poor. Seat the customers. Bring them drinks. Are you kidding. 2 out of 4 meals brought to us was dried up. Again 2 1/2 hrs later. Your staff person seating us dropped menu as she mumbled some stuff as she walked away. Also we used a gift card of 50. Never used it have receipt. Waitress said only 25. Really. Poor service. Poor food. As a chef. You should be shamed. As a franchise you don't care. Free dessert are you kidding. Learn from this get staff retrain in customer service. Cut off your take out till you handle the restaurant. Have more staff And the manager should have come up front and addressed his front end staff as well as personally spoken to the folks. You had elderly that should have all been sat. This is your money supply. If you don't care the customers will not care. Retrain again in customer service and honesty.
