I am SO upset that I spent 60$ for me and my partner to eat here. I will provide pictures with this review, but to get started I’ll say that everything we tried next was more and more of a disappointment. To start, they didn’t give us any gravy (I ordered country fried chicken and partner ordered country fried steak), the blooming onion was not peeled well at all. With every bite we were getting big pieces of skin that were inedible. The Mac and cheese was 90% raw noodles with a little cheese on top and no flavor. The ribs were extremely dry, the fries were soggy and dry, and to top it off it was all ice cold. I will throw in the positives though it doesn’t at all make up for the lack of satisfaction all around. The potatoes were nice, and the green beans were good. But we ended up throwing away 50$ worth of food

I love this place This particular one was excellent as well as all the other locations I've been to. Country fried chicken was delicious. our waitress and staff, awesome. I've been to these restaurants all over the country, and the service, quality, and consistency is the same. This owner should be very proud. Thank you!

22SEP2024 Texas Roadhouse@Greesboro NC USA Visited 11.30am luschbwith Renday/Qorvo engineer for lunch Always checked on and never had an empty glass or rolls basket. The food was cooked perfectly and came out very quickly. 1s time for me …we have lived here that we were able to get in without an hour long wait so it was nice. We will definitely be back again. Came in on a Friday night to celebrate my birthday. Joined the wait-list on yelp because their website didn't work, and checked in with the host once we arrived. Only waited about 15 mins! The service was great, and the rare steak I ordered came out great!

We've been coming here several years now & always enjoyed the food...except for tonight. We ordered 2 lg Fillets & the T-bone, all MEDIUM. My husband's filet was PERFECT. My son's filet was MEDIUM RARE. My T-bone was WELL DONE, no pink whatsoever. The waiter took it back. Eventually when the rest of my party was finished with their food, my steak came out. It was RARE and cool to the touch. The manager brought it over. I didn't want to send it back bc lord knows what I'd end up with, so I asked for a to-go box. I've included a pic of my "MEDIUM" steak.

I ordered a sirloin medium that was cooked well done the FIRST time they had brought it to me. They asked me to cut into it so I did and I told them to bring it back. After waiting another 20 minutes, they brought a new steak that was way over cooked as shown in the picture. I thought this was ridiculous and didn’t even get to eat the steak that I ordered.

I filled out the order and it went through. But no confirmation email. Surely it will come. I called yesterday. Finally got a manager on the phone to check. She put me on hold and never came back. Showed up today for my scheduled 5:00 pm pickup. I found a line of unhappy people waiting. Everybody waiting. Waiting....waiting...waiting. So far the fastest customers have had to wait only 45 minutes past their pickup time. They're lucky to get out only 45 minutes late. Waiting....waiting....waiting.
