Overall the food was pretty good but I struggled with a 3 or 4 star for this review. 1. When we walked in on a Saturday night it wasn’t busy at all. The hostess had headphones in. She wasn’t very pleasant. She said where do you want to sit. Which was fine but kind of odd. We chose our seat which was next to a table that needed to be cleaned. It wasn’t cleared or clean for a good 30 minutes. Our waitress was phenomenal. Super pleasant and attentive. The food was a bit salty. But the portions were large and our kids loved their huge kids meals. Hopefully they will work on their staff and cleanliness in the future.

My family and I visited the Durham location after NCCU Homecoming, once again and was extremely disappointed. The manager Natasha was not on shift this past weekend, and the older guy who was in charge never apologized for my situation. We came in at 8pm( party of four) and was advised we would have a 30-45 minute wait, before we have our order taken. He suggested we sit at the bar for faster service. We had about a 30 minute wait at the bar as well, however the young man was extremely nice and apologized. I ordered the Steakhouse Burger with fries, we had another Steakhouse Burger with fries, Full rack of Baby Back Ribs with fries and the Shrimp appetizer, along with drinks. I requested a medium burger, and twice my burger was medium rare. The second burger had twice the red than the first one. This was disappointing and the manager was not present. Again, the “acting manager” never came to the bar and addressed my concerns. When there is a large homecoming I can’t understand how the restaurant in the Delta Hotel would close at 9pm on a Saturday night. I was extremely disappointed.

I stayed at the hotel for a week and visited the restaurant several times. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent each time. It was well prepared and presented. I visited once at 730pm when it was very busy, as busy as it gets, and still found the experience pleasant. I also visited when it was quiet at 5pm. Both times the second and did were good. The fillet medallions served medium were very nice cuts of tender meat. Highly recommend. They also have Heineken 0.0 available. Several TVs show sports, so it's a good option to dine alone too.

My boss and I were in town training so naturally we ate here a couple times. The staff is super friendly and was super helpful helping us learn. The restaurant is beautiful and very welcoming. The food always came out hot and delicious. I can’t wait to open up our location here in Great Falls, Montana.

We went at a great time because they were just opening. I ordered the boneless beef short ribs with red skinned mashed potatoes and garlic green beans. Everyone liked there food ok. I also ordered the onion loaf and it came with some type of barbecue sauce. I prefer ranch but it was still good. For dessert I got the apple cranberry Cobbler. It was my favorite thing.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Tony Roma’s and I must give a special shoutout to Sandra, our waitress. Despite being the only one on the floor, Sandra managed to keep tabs on us and three other tables effortlessly. Her efficiency and attentiveness ensured that we never felt the need to call on her, as she was always there right when we needed her. Not only did Sandra provide excellent service, but she also crafted the best drinks we've ever had, all with a warm and genuine smile on her face. Her positivity and professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience. The food was amazing, but it was Sandra's outstanding service that made our day. Thank you, Sandra, for making our visit so memorable. We will definitely be back!

Good food. I was truly surprised at the tenderness of the beef ribs. They come sauced already so I know next time to request sauce on the side...cause them thangs get messy! I will for sure go back again to try more. Everything was good and well seasoned. The filet I had was under cooked but still good. Bartender was waiting a lot of the tables and definitely did her thing with great recommendations good conversation and a bright smile and personality. Good experience. Pricey but not ruths chris prices.
