We have a good dinner. The ribeye steak was great cook and taste to perfection. On the other hand, the rice was a bit overcooked.BBQ chicken was very good as well. We love the bread. I just wish they kept it consistent .

The food was absolutely delicious!!! This was my first time at the Texas Roadhouse in Durham. The food was served as ordered, hot and was seasoned to perfection. My husband loved his his steak and ribs. Not pictured was the buttery hot rolls w/ honey cinnamon spiced butter absolutely delicious! The server Nikia was very efficient, professional and friendly. He provided great service!

Been to Texas Roadhouse in Texas. It was a great experience. So went to this one with same expectations. I guess it is a good restaurant, because there were a lot of people there. So crowded and busy. We waited long time for our food and too salty, too oily, steak over-done too much. I don’t think i will go again.

Our server was Nydia was outstanding! The food was so good! Even though they were busy we were seated quickly. The manager on Sunday wanted to make sure everything was perfect. We ordered ribs, chicken, portobello mushroom chicken, beef tips and chicken critters. It was so good. We will return.

I brought my mom in to have an early dinner. I ordered my steak medium well it came very rare. I was asked if I wanted to send it back by the very nice server. I hesitated but sent it back to be cooked a bit more. As we were leaving I asked to pack it to go. What I got back was a charred blackened piece of charcoal on one side hidden by the "reasonably" cooked other side (see pictures) I was not upset or disrespectful to the server or team did not ask to speak to the manager but to find that despite my positive attitude I was served an inedible piece of charcoal is highly unprofessional. If the cook gets the order wrong is it the customers fault? Asking nicely to have your food cooked to your preference should not be an issue. Very disappointed in the cook 2.7.2025 at 3:15 pm. If you make a mistake simply correct it don't try to punish the customer.

She was amazing! She knew what I needed before I asked. She checked on us often and was so pleasant. I spoke with the manager to let him know of our wonderful experience with Krystal, and he shared that Krystal has dedicated patrons that will only sit in her area. Well, add one more to the list! 10 stars for Krystal!

I love Texas …. Texas over Outback any day all day . This is the first time I’m having this location and it was a disappointment . As you can see in the picture it says no croutons, butter, sour cream. Well they forgot all of that plus the bread butter which is the best part also forgot the dipping sauce for the tenders . I also put. A note in the app to make sure they wouldn’t forget the condiments but they did. Luckily I’m not allergic to croutons I just hate them. So my husband ate the salad. I don’t think I will ever go back to this location. Also was no utensils in the bag which was also noted to add.

Loaded baked potato came with the pictured amount of cheese, literally a corner of the ramekin was filled, for my salmon they gave me tartar sauce…. Oh and of course one honey butter was provided for 4 rolls even though I kindly asked and would have paid more for extra butter. This meal was put in at 3:06p 6 minutes after opening.. 0-1 star experience
