Customer Review Summary
Overall, Texas Roadhouse offers a mix of positive and negative experiences from customers. Many patrons enjoyed the timely service, hot food, and generous bread rolls, often highlighting the quality of steaks. Some noted that while steak was cooked to their requested level, issues like a fly in the salad and dumping trash on a plate marred the experience for others. The restaurant is known to be busy, especially on weekends, leading to long wait times, but the fast service once seated is appreciated. Complaints include inconsistency in cooking steaks and food quality, such as overcooked rolls and gummy mashed potatoes. Many reviewers expressed a willingness to return, though some suggested making reservations to avoid wait times.

Food showed on time and was hot. They brought us as many hot rolls and butter as we could stuff in our faces. No real complaints. Steak meal at a reasonable price.

Came here to celebrate a birthday. Our server did a good job of clueing in without an obvious cue. Steak dinner was good. Ordered a NY strip medium-rare and got a medium-rare. Server was good about not being MIA, despite it being a busy night. Would come again, though next time I might make a reservation if they take them. It’s a popular spot and you may end up waiting a while to be seated.

Wait time is always outrageous, which is expected on a Saturday night. Once we got in, everything came out SO fast. Fastest TX roadhouse I’ve been to! Friendly staff, delicious rolls.

Trash fell off a waitress tray while rushing past .. to much to write about but wasn't exactly happy with the way they kept passing it off like it wasn't a big deal that trash fell on my plate. Not cool guys.somes receipt right on my food wtf? Napkin too... Smh

This is hands down the busiest Road House I've ever been to! Parking is not great, but there are hotels around you can park at and walk. Food was fast and hot, 1 steak slightly over but not enough to send back. Staff was friendly and they were running a smooth service. Great example of how to make a crazy Friday night bearable at a busy restaurant. Good job everyone who works here!!!

Food was not so great. We asked for medium well and they gave us well done. Steak had no flavor. And there was a fly in our salad. Yea they did cómp us for the salad. But I don’t think that was enough for literally almost eating a bug. Never coming back.

First time going to this place this is everything from parking to leaving. Parking was one way because the parking spaces are more narrow and there's a disclosure sign up front informing that parking in front of other places nearby might get your car towed. It was very busy when I went, it was a Saturday so understandably busy. They have large sports TVs, a display showing the meats, and we were seated immediately. This is one of those places that gives you bread with butter while waiting and has good water, I was sat with my girlfriend at one of the larger booth/chair combo seats. We shared one of their Blooming cactus appetizers and we both ordered a smokehouse burger medium rare, mostly because mushrooms are delicious. The blooming onion was plenty of fried onion petals, great dip sauce too. The burger was a deliciously thick steak put on a $13 burger, the meat easily melts in your mouth while the burger holds together well. The fries are thick cut, and go great with their honey mustard or steak sauce available in the booth. The only thing that confused me was how red my burger was when I ordered, it seemed rare compared to my girlfriends, I hadn't gone to many steak places and most regular burger places can't do rare very red, so while it did taste great I did bother the staff to ask if that's normal. They showed me a card they have that shows how red they cook the meat, and it is impressive how red they can go. The waitress even offered for them to redo mine, but that wasn't necessary. It was a solid 9/10 experience, and I would definitely go again.

Gav, was great. The food was ok. My rolls were overcooked, but I like mine light fluffy and airy. The mashed potatoes broke their gluten bond, so was gummy. But those ribs were flame. Fall off the bone delicious.
