Sydney was our server, she was amazing! Very friendly and attentive. Our food was great and everyone was very helpful and polite. This was an amazing experience. We will definitely return ❤️

Great SERVICE! Friends and I decided to stop by for lunch around 2 pm. We were immediately sat and attended, too. Our server, Jasmine, was nothing short of amazing. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We never had to wait long to receive drinks, appetizers, and food. We ordered the cheese steak dip, which was very delicious and flavorful. It had plenty of pieces of steak, which was great since we were all sharing. We ordered the chicken bloomin meal with Cesar salad and fries and burgers with fries. Everything was super delicious. It all tasted like it was freshly made. The fries were very crispy and soft at the same time, which were delicious. Overall, we had a great time, and the ambiance was phenomenal. I would love to come back to this location if I am ever in the area.

We love Outback. Always have. But, tonight they did an extra special job for no apparent reason at all. The steaks were amazing! Mike was super busy but still took amazing care of every single person seated at his bar! I’d give 6 stars for service if it was possible.

This was probably the worst experience at any sit down restaurant I’ve been to. -Started at check in, where the host said our call-ahead time slot was lost for a party of 8, and were told we’d be added to the list as if we just walked in. Fortunately the manager was able to seat us a little sooner than the estimated time -one of our sodas had a long hair in it -it took over 25-30 minutes after placing beer order to receive drinks. Bread, appetizers, and salads all came before two beers. I even had to say I didn’t receive it and the server said the bartender would get to it soon. -only one loaf of bread brought for a party of 8 -we were sat outside and the ceiling heaters were on extremely hot in the enclosed area. All the people seated outside with us were flushed, uncomfortable, and complaining of how hot it was. Finally an employee turned the heat down after they noticed how hot it was. -one of our sweet potatoes was so overcooked and charred it looked like someone cut half of it off to remove the ruined part -no one removed a single dirty dish from our table the ENTIRE time we were there. We literally left after finishing our meal and not a single dish had been removed. Not an empty drink cup, not the wood the bread came on, not the appetizer plates, not the salad bowls, and not the empty dinner plates. It was so obnoxious we even stacked all the dishes to bring attention to all the dirty dishes left on the table. It was like the server was purposely not taking anything. -service was so bad even the table behind us left mid meal without paying. -no ketchup or mustard offered or brought for any of the kids burgers. Kids finished burger before ketchup arrived. -steaks were good at least The manager came by in the first few minutes after seating before most of these issues happened so we couldn’t bring it to his attention.

They seem to be a bit understaffed. Our server was between 4 other tables and did little more than take our order. My mash potatoes came out cold. I watched someone’s drinks at the bar sit for almost 20 mins waiting to be delivered. The appetizer chicken was very good. My steak was good.

Bloomin onion was crispy from outside and soft inside, and its combination with spicy signature bloom sauce was extraordinary. Bloomin chicken sandwich grilled was decent but chicken was overcooked which led to rubbery texture. Dressed baked potato was perfectly cooked. Sweet potato with honey and brown sugar was extraordinary. Enjoyed the warm and creamy baked potato soup with warm honey wheat bread.

I honestly believe that great service deserves just as much recognition and praise as bad service. My family and I walked into this restaurant 45 minutes before closing and when I say we had the absolute best experience…top tier!! Good service is so lost upon these days and this entire evening staff (from the host to the waitresses to the busser, to the bartender, to the management) was excellent and very accommodating! The food was freshly prepared. They offered remedies for whatever wasn’t available or was mixed up. Just pure excellence across the board. I don’t remember all of their names but EVERY single staff member on duty the night of March 6, 2025 deserves to be praised!! Thank y’all so much for giving me a little hope of the service industry again.
