My husband and I went to LongHorn for dinner. The waitress was great! Food was served in a timely matter. They serve a shrimp appetizer with ranch dressing…no tartar sauce available. The steaks was good as expected. The macaroni should be taken off the menu…it was dry and room temperature…the seasoned pilaf rice was dry, no butter…I asked for butter..the waitress brought me some garlic butter that taste like pure salt, I asked for a baked potato that wasn’t even hot…the Arnold-Palmer tasted like lemon water. My husband had a baked sweet potato that was good…just like they have perfected the steak and salad…they need to focus on their sides. The bread that was brought should have been hot…it wasn’t. This location is always busy, so I believe if you go enough times…you can determine what entrees are good. The salads looked great! I have also had their chicken wings and they were good. Managers/Chefs need to check food before sending it out to customers.

I ordered food to go arrived it was a long line to pick up orders, even though I checked in online that I was in a parking spot I ended up going inside. Once a the register I was told my order should be up. Then the manager came out looking for me. To say my steak basically was burned and they are remaking it so I would have to wait. I was disappointed however he comped my meal so it was worth the wait. I got home and the steak was cooked perfectly. I enjoyed it.

The food was good as I have grown used to but the service was substandard and the attention and professionalism of management was extremely poor. Upon arrival, I went to the rest room. As I approached I noticed there was a strong odor coming from the bathroom. Once inside, I realized that it was coming from an overflown commode that had soiled waste water standing in the floor!! I had to hold my breath to get thru my use of the bathroom & was even hesitant to use the one stall that was available because it could have been cleaner. After leaving the bathroom, I saw a manager (Christopher) walking up to a table near the bathroom & asked for his attention. I began to tell him how the restroom severely needed attention and as I proceeded to explain, he cut my sentence short stating, “Ok. I’ll get someone to take care of it.” as he was walking off. I replied, “Okay, well you don’t seem to be interested in hearing the rest.” To which he replied “Oh, I’m sorry, did you need something else?” ….obviously….why was why I was still talking. I felt it important to give him the details to what I experienced because he is a man, so he would not have personally witnessed what I did. Towards the end of my meal, I had a nose bleed and had to return to the bathroom, thinking, okay…it will be in better shape this time. I approached to find the same STENCH & to find that the only change of condition to the bathroom was that someone posted “Out of Order” signs on the stall but left the waste water. No one bothered to clean it up. The server was impersonal and seemed to be rather aggravated than courteous. We love Longhorns but will never EVER set foot inside of the Mallard Creek location again.

I wish my experience would’ve been better but it wasn’t. I ordered a strawberry margarita and medium-well steak. Well, when I received my margarita I noticed there was a receipt in my glass. I didn’t notice until after I took my first sip. I informed the waitress and asked if I could get another one on the house. She informs me that she don’t think the mgr would give me one on the house but would probably just make a me a new one. This already rubbed me the wrong way because it was their error. Instead of coming back with an answer about a new drink on the house she came back with a margarita glass with ice ONLY for me to pour the remainder of my drink in from the tumbler. I was expected to pay full price for a margarita they didn’t remake and expected to use the remaining in the tumbler from the original drink which means I would be paying full price for less. That’s a no go! Then my steak was rough and definitely not medium well. Needless to say I left. This location has gone down and I should’ve used my better judgement and went elsewhere to start with. I attached a photo of my drink below.

It was a cold rainy nite so we decided to order and pick up. I got a steak, French onion soup and what was supposed to be a ceasar salad. Instead I got a container of lettuce and soup that was more bread than broth and cheese. Steak was ok (a little tough). The mgr asked me to come back for a new salad. On top of the bad weather, i am a cancer patient so absolutely not. They don't deliver so no one could rectify the mistake. And the next day I wasn't driving back for a lackluster salad when I had nothing to go with it. Texas Roadhouse for me from now on. My daughter and husband were satisfied so that's why the food gets 3 stars LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR THAT I SENT WHAT THE OWNER REQUESTED AND GOT NO RESPONSE. COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME. TEXAS ROADHOUSE IS THE PLACE TO GO !!!!!!!!

I went here with some friends a couple of nights ago. The food was amazing. We wanted to meet the chef but it was too busy. I had ribs.,someone has steak, someone had chicken, but everything was perfect. And amazing, they asked if we wanted it crusted parmesan cheese on a baked potato. Yes, get that. Please get that.it will change your life.

This order was to go! I order several meals to have for at least 3 days since I work from home. This is when I need to switch up my meals. Food was delicious! Prompt and patient server upon entering the restaurant.
