Joined friends for a celebration dinner and had a great experience. Our server, Madison, was fantastic. She was very attentive and anticipated our needs before we even asked. The food came out pretty quick and was great tasting! The staff came out and made a big deal about our friend's birthday and it was very classy and tasteful.

Ordered the 12oz Ribeye with salad and fries. The salad and fries were good but my medium rare steak came out practically raw, barely had grill marks on it. The server was awesome, she offered to send it back but I declined, I did not want to risk it, so she took care of the bill for me.

Decided to take my oldest daughter out to Logan’s for her birthday and the staff did a fantastic job with making her experience perfect they did their famous birthday cheer an gave her a personal ice cream sundae to say the very least they made this birthday extra special was an understatement thank you heather our fantastic waitress for your service

Decided to try out today regardless of previous reviews. We ordered mozzarella sticks. The outside of them were warm the cheese was coagulated as though they were barely heated. The rolls brought out was barely warm the second set was warmer The burgers ordered tasted as though they were placed on the hot grill and taken off about a minute later. As you see in the pic the burger was still mooing and the cheese on the burger was also coagulated We decided to take all of it home to cook so much for date night We had better burgers next door at Coach’s And based on previous responses from owners to these type of reviews. We Won’t be back 😊 so there is no need for a response.

The bathrooms need serious attention. My husband and I have complained several times. The toilet paper dispenser in the women’s handicap stall has been missing a very long time and the paper is exposed and dirty. Last three times we went we complained about it and were told they had one on order. Each visit was about a month apart. Still no dispenser. We told them we would not be back on our last trip. We have been eating here for years. Sometimes several times a month. That’s not our only complaint, there are so many to list. But I will say that my mother, mother n law and I have become severely sick from the ice in the drinks a few times. I know it was the ice because I was in the hospital while my husband and mother stopped to eat at Logan’s after visiting me on a Monday and he had a beer no ice and she had a diet soda with ice. They both had the exact same meal. When she got home she began throwing up with diarrhea and very sick. Two days later I was released from the hospital with an ileostomy bag, and my husband took me to eat at Logan’s. Again the exact same meals, but he had a beer no ice and I had an unsweet tea with ice. When we got home, I was throwing up severely. My ileostomy bag was filling up and burst, and he had to rush me back to the hospital again because I was so sick. The only thing in common between the two times was the ice in the drinks for me and my mother. Prior to that I’ve been sick before, but didn’t have anything to reference it with and same with my mother-in-law and mother until this event. I did file a complaint with the health department, but did not hear anymore from them. Logan’s Roadhouse has lost a really good customer.

Visited a few times. Service is wonky as you can tell a few people truly do care and do their best as others couldn’t care less to be there. Food has been great throughout all visits but inconsistent service is the reason for 4 stars. Overall would recommend!

My wife and I went there recently and she had the baby back ribs and I had the top sirloin steak. The restaurant is nice inside, well lit, good atmosphere clean lots of friendly happy faces working in there. Great service. Top Sirloin is great. Baby back ribs just average. Ribs were served Luke warm, they didn’t fall off the bone. I recommend ordering the Caesar salad with the blue cheese dressing. This way you don’t get their cheap iceberg lettuce, and their mushy tomatoes. The yeast rolls are delicious!
