Crawford Brothers Steakhouse exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the wonderful hostesses, who also provided coat check—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the evening. We sat on the bar side in the cozy bucket chairs by the window, which gave us a perfect view of the bartenders in action. The ambiance was both lively and intimate, making for an enjoyable dining experience. Our server, Hadley, was absolutely top-notch. She struck the perfect balance—attentive and knowledgeable without being overly formal. Her recommendations were spot on, and her expertise on the menu made our choices easy. The cocktails were outstanding, and the martini service was a fun and elegant experience. But the real star of the night was the food. Every dish was cooked to perfection, but the standout for us was the butternut squash soup—rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The braised short rib was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the scallops were nothing short of impeccable. This was truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had, and we’re so excited to have such an incredible steakhouse in the Triangle area. Crawford Brothers made our anniversary dinner special, and we can’t wait to return!

Amazing dining experience with exceptional service in a beautiful setting. The food was excellent ! Truly enjoyed it all especially the steakhouse rolls ! A wonderful dining addition to the area. Update- celebrated my birthday there last night and it was amazing. Fantastic service plus incredible food. The manager called me earlier in the day to offer us the aging room for private dining on order to accommodate our large party. Very thoughtful and a classy touch ! Truly a memorable experience

I want to start with the positives— the food was amazing, the bartenders and drinks were fantastic, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was great. However, we visited for my birthday, and the experience didn’t meet our expectations. My wife made a reservation in advance, and we arrived 10 minutes early. When we checked in, the front desk confirmed our reservation but then seated us at the bar. We were confused but assumed this might just be how the restaurant operated. We ordered drinks, and about 12 minutes after sitting down, my wife’s phone rang from a random 919 number. I answered, and to my surprise, it was the receptionist asking if we still planned on coming to the restaurant. I responded, “Yes, we are already here—someone sat us at the bar.” Roughly 25–30 minutes into our visit, while I was in the restroom, a staff member approached my wife and said, “We have a table reserved for you, but we didn’t know who we sat.” This was frustrating, as we had been waiting without any communication. When I returned, we moved to the table, but there was no acknowledgment of the mistake or mention of my birthday. When we finished our dinner, we received the check without so much as a “Happy Birthday” or an effort to make up for the mix-up. Had this not happened, I would have easily rated the restaurant 4 or 5 stars. Since we made reservations specifically for a special occasion, we expected more. I hope that once they work out these service issues, this restaurant can truly deliver an awesome experience to match its great food. For me, the food was there, but the experience was not.

This was the best meal I’ve had in a long time. I went for my best friend’s birthday, and we both agreed it was the best service and food we've experienced in years. We were warmly greeted by the hostess and seated in a cozy booth near the wine cellar. Our server was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with ease. We started with a Wedge Salad—simple but perfectly executed, with some of the best blue cheese dressing I’ve ever tasted. For the main course, we both had the Filet, which was tender as butter and cooked to perfection. We elevated it with King Crab Oscar and a mushroom sauce—both incredible additions. The sides—creamed spinach and Au Gratin potatoes—were equally delicious. To finish, we shared the Chocolate Cake, which was rich and decadent, the perfect conclusion to a fantastic meal. This is easily one of the best steakhouses in Cary, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Overall, this is a really great restaurant, but felt there are a few key misses. We went in a double date with my brother… our second in 8 years cause life just gets busy! We spent… a lot. The appetizers were all great, with standouts being the butternut squash soup and Caesar Salad (best I’ve ever had!), but the duck meatballs were “meh”. Bartender made us some custom drinks, very solid. Our waitress was absolutely awesome, super helpful, patient, kind, and great to interact with! The sides were good, but overall feel like there are too many potatoes and missing a few that I think would add a ton, chiefly: Brussels sprouts and Mac’n’Cheese. Truffle fries were bangin, Au Gratin not so much… We got 2 orders of braised short ribs, which aren’t my favorite but the consumers enjoyed them and liked the unique style of mash potatoes. The filet was really, really good! So hitting on what I love. Sauces were super nice as well. Now for the misses…I went for the Eye of the Rib instead of a filet and this was a mistake. I love a good Ribeye, but candidly, i compared it to my brothers filet and this wasn’t much more flavorful, was slightly overcooked/dry, and just absolutely wasn’t worth $140. Maybe I got a bad cut? Lastly, desserts were fine but no standouts. The chocolate cake was really disappointing - dry, not super flavorful. The best thing was the ice cream - it was really good! The girls like the ginger cheesecake but again, we were overall disappointed in the desserts. If I go back, I’ll get a filet, Caesar salad, and truffle fries…spend way less, and enjoy it even more!

Truly an amazing dining experience - one of the best we’ve ever had! Everything from the service, to the cocktails, to the food quality was incredible. A meal we’ll be dreaming of & will absolutely return soon. Thank you for a most special night. PS: try the “martini service” w/ olive oil! Life-changing.

Scott Crawford and the Crawford Hospitality team have nailed it again. Our meal was extraordinary. The cocktails and wine selections were perfect combinations to the menu. The service was exactly what you expect from their team. Perfection. And all in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend going. You’ll have a great meal and wonderful experience!

Was so excited to try the latest Crawford and it does not disappoint. Service is friendly, attentive, unobtrusive. Drinks were well made. The food...well, I will need to go back to try so many other dishes but what I did have was fabulous. The tuna was well seasoned. The steak was like butter, almost melted in your mouth. Not being a fan of cheesecake, it was good, soft and airy and the grapefruit segments were perfect. Only complaint was the amount of mustard in the steak tartare...too much and over powered the dish, pretty much all I tasted was the mustard. But yes, l will be going back to try the rest of the menu 😊
