Where do i begin, first we arrive there(party of three), we received our silverware wrapped in the napkin. Upon opening 2 or the 3 silverware was dirty, they replaced those the second batch of 2 we received had food still on them, as if they never washed them from the previous useage. Now lets move to the food, the Bloomin Onion was deep fried so long is was dark and burnt. For our main dishes, wings, which was fried in old oil and taste like many different types of food that they fried, I told manager the best part of this meal was my Dr. Pepper, celery sticks and blue cheese, felt like a White Castle burger would have been a better food choice. Then my son had the Outback steak, medium well, hard, burnt an chewy, like it was well done, fries and broccoli, which was cold. Now the manager took off the wings from the bill and insisted on making a new batch of wings, great gesture, but at this point i couldnt trust anything at this place. So my wing proffessional son who took a bite out of the first batch of wings and immediately spit it out, dared taste the managers version of wings when we left in car, and his comment was at least that batch was edible, but he has definitely had better in other places. Long story short, unfortunately this place has gone way down to the bottom of the barrel in food quality. Save your money go to Arbys or Wendys next door.

Ordered two steak entrees on Uber eats from this location. Both pieces came burnt (they were supposed to be medium). However, my piece was pre cut through! So someone returned this steak and they sent it to me? Or did the chef cut into it, determine it was burnt, and still boxed it up? Uber eats won’t give me a credit for it. $80 dinner delivery and it’s inedible.

I want to say I wasn't sure about how the day was going to turn out after not quite liking the cook on a steak I had ordered but to my delight I had an amazing waitress named Samantha. She made the whole experience wonderful and worth while. She apologized and took my steak away right away and replaced it with one that exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back with the level of service provided. Definitely went above and beyond. She is phenomenal!

Omg the food the service and the waitress was really good. I haven't been here in over 10 years. I decided to come for my birthday because it was me and my mom's favorite place. It only got better over time and the food was quick. Really happy I came. THAT BREAD THOUGH!!!

Incase anyone wants to know what their $70 steak "platter" looks like...you get 5 tiny "steaks". Basically $15 for the tiny piece. Asked for medium rare and it's medium well...cooked all the way through when you cut it. Spend $70 and get some ribeyes at costco and throw it on the grill. Or add another $30 and get a whole 10lbs top loin at restaurant depot. Felt so ripped off.

We had a great experience because of our server Isaiah. He was very accommodating and attentive to our very needy table. He was very funny and friendly with a great personality. I haven’t had an experience like that at a restaurant in a very long time…we will be returning!

The sever Eli was great and let's talk about the food. The macaroni and cheese bites was amazing my boyfriend and I Loved it and with the dipping sauce it was heavenly. Then I got the chopped pecan blue cheese salad. This salad was one of the best salads I tried. I am a salad junkie I've been eating salad since I was basically 2 years old so you can imagine I've ate many salads. One of the best salads I've ate was in Austria and this was right there with that. The salad dressing was so delicious and pecans was really nice and fresh. The blue cheese was creamy and fresh. Overall definitely a must to try you won't be disappointed. I got the Queensland chicken and shrimp with pasta meal the fettuccine and Alfredo sauce was delicious creamy and cheesy. The shrimp seasoning was amazing. The chicken was nice tender and juicy. Overall great dish definitely recommend. My boyfriend got the sirloin and chicken dish. The sirloin he said it was nice and juicy and the chicken he devour it. My drink was nice and sweet I loved my Koala drink. Definitely recommend this place if you want to eat nice and satisfying.

First time here and Darrin S. was our server. He was amazing. Darrin was extremely welcoming and friendly. He made sure me and my 11 year old son enjoyed dinner and had what we needed. I would return because of his wonderful service.
