The Western Door A Seneca Steakhouse

Went to the Western Door for a birthday celebration. The food was delicious! The prime rib special was perfect! I also had the crab cakes which were delightful different! (Love the crisp on the outside!) Lobster bisque and French onion soup was so flavorful! The view was pretty cool as well! Highly recommend!

Dined at 5 pm Sunday. Everything fantastic from the service to the quality of the food. Bills game was on and thus the restaurant was fairly empty which may have helped with the experience. We'll return soon.

My husband and I just visited Western door Steakhouse for the first time last night. Our dinner experience was amazing from the door all the way throughout. The person at the door was super friendly, and our servers were amazing. Our meal was the best I've ever had. Our steaks were cook perfectly and melted on our mouths, the sides we chose were like nothing I've ever eaten before. We will definitely be returning. If you want to treat yourself to a wonderful dinner this is the place.

We ordered crab cake, lobster bisque, onion ring and ribeye steak. Foods and atmosphere were all great! But the greatest one was our server, Tom. He is super professional, friendly and careful. Thank you very much Tom and I would like to give you 10 stars!!

Wow 👌 👏 hands down the best steak and ribs we have had! Absolutely have no issues with the service or the food! This is a must try if you are at the casino! Service was top-notch, and food came very fast, and ecery Bite was delicious 😋 Would love to come back!

We have been coming for years to this restaurant without problems. This year however was very different. We had reservations for dinner. Prior to dinner couldn’t sit “at the bar”, as bartender said seats at bar were “reserved” even with several seats open. WHO ever heard of such a thing? I traveled extensively and have never had this happen. As far as the meal, service very slow, not enough staff. My husband’s strip steak was very tough, had trouble cutting the meat even with a steak knife. He should have sent this back but didn’t. All in all very disappointed with everything, don’t really know if we will be back. The hostess was very pleasant and cordial, one of the only pluses.

My boyfriend and I come here pretty frequently. There used to be an older gentleman host who was always pleasant to talk to. I’ve noticed that lately there’s been a female host the past number of times we’ve come. Last night she was very judgy when we came into eat. We originally asked to see how long it would be to sit at the bar. The younger male host went to find out, while this female host started checking in the older couple after us. They wanted a table for two. She asked them if they were staying at the hotel-which they said no. Then she asked them if they had a players card, and he responded that they did and asked her if she wanted to see it. She responded with, no, I trust you. When the other younger male host returned back, he let us know it would be about an hour for the bar, so we asked if there was a table in the dining room for us. She asked us if we had players cards, we both said yes. Then she coldly asked us to she could see them. I guess because we are younger we looked less trustworthy than the older couple she insisted that she trusted. Very unprofessional to demand one party to show it, but the party directly behind us, was not required because she trusted them. I think standards need to be fixed and addressed with some people, or a talk about being equal with all guests.
