Vice Restaurant

This was our 3rd time coming here and as usual each time has been great. The staff is amazing and always on top of things. The food comes out fast, hot and fresh each time. I’m starting to think the manager Chris just lives here he is always here lol. Very nice though and very much interactive with all the guests in a genuine way. Tonight we had Sam as our waitress and she was amazing. She was very sweet and helpful. I felt bad because we had to make her run up and down the stairs a bunch of times for things but she was right on top of it with a smile. This place has definitely become a regular of ours.

My “Ol Lady” (she gets tickled when i say that cause she’s 17 years younger… Evil Grin) and I have been to Vice 5-6 times now at least and truth be told, it never fails to make us feel good and full. The best way to describe this place and the food is as a “hidden gem”. You have to try everything honestly. No bull, we have always had at least 3-4 of the food items each off the menu each trip and it has always been a great pick. Our waitress Sam, we have had her 3 times now and she has been a delight every single time. She always offers up new things and has never been wrong with her choices. Chris the manager is always to be seen out working hard making sure that the customers and his staff are taken care of. He makes sure to see every table and make it feel personal. We have not had any complaints yet and we look forward to coming back every time. Chris, Sam and the rest of the staff are outstanding people who, if you interact with them, will make sure you get what you want and are happy doing it. This has quickly become a favorite of ours and we are already looking forward to coming back next time. If you’re looking to get a good place to eat this is a no brainer. It’s also great to park in the parking ramp with the loft hotel so you’re not out in the weather. Parking is not free but is worth it especially in the bad weather. Also to mention the atmosphere here is great. It’s very trendy with music playing but never so loud that you can’t talk to the people at your table. There is also indoor corn hole you’re more than welcome to play if you want! Don’t think twice go eat there and you won’t regret it!

Emma our server was amazing and was perfect with her attentiveness and friendly caring service. Chris the manager visited our table several times and made sure we had a great experience. The food arrived in a timely manner and had great presentation, flavor and temperature. The hand crafted cocktails were also attractive and flavorful. All in all a great dining experience!

Came to VICE before a show at Shea's. Our waitress was fantastic! We told her ahead of time we were seeing a show and would be taking our time. Samantha was AWESOME! She was so kind, took great care of us and our food was spot on! Definitely will be back again next time we see a show!

Mia and her team are absolutely fantastic. It was the third year in a row that we hosted our office holiday party here and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mia’s communication was the best and always available to answer questions or make adjustments. Day of the party she greeted us and helped us to set up the restaurant to best fit our team. No ask was too big and Mia made us feel so welcome and supported! Her team is fantastic. From the bar staff to the servers, it was all top notch. Quick service at the bar, delicious drinks, always making sure the waters were always full, and they were super helpful with set up and breakdown. The food was incredible. It came out timely, tasted amazing, and was enjoyed by everyone. There is great allergy and gluten free options, and they were very supportive of all accommodations we needed. I cannot recommend VICE enough!! Thank you SO much to Mia and her team!!

The food was excellent. Nobody at my table likes brussel sprouts but they loved these! The brussel sprouts were amazing! The crispy shrimp was also delicious, and the flavor was great. The pizza was alright, there weren't many vegetarian options but the Margherita was a bit too sweet and saucy, but the woodfired dough was really nice Overall enjoyed the food and our server Tatum was excellent and attentive! I came in and asked for a great server. Chris the General Manager sat me and Liza was his choice. I travel a lot and I asked Liza to pick all my food and drinks and to surprise me. She took the challenge and did not disappoint. The food was great and the service was fantastic.

When I asked for a recommendation, she suggested the BBQ Chicken Pizza, and it was absolutely delicious—definitely my new favorite.
