We had a great time . The food was good and the service was great.. They have the best fried pickles. Our waitress Belle was so nice and was great with my family. We would 100% come back. .

We traveled in to Buffalo for a weekend getaway for our wedding anniversary. We originally planned to visit Olive Garden for dinner, but after being told it would be 30 min wait for 2 people, we decided to try this little BBQ joint. We are so glad that we did! Riley, our server was absolutely wonderful! She was an absolute pleasure! We never have had food from here, and as BBQ lovers, I would say both my husband and I were so well pleased with everything. Although we waited a bit for our meals, it was absolutely worth the wait! Towards the end of our meal, the manager on, came around to do her table touches and check in. This isn't a common occurance at many dining places, and as GMs in the food industry, both my husband and I took the time to chat with her and thank her and her staff for a great experience! We give Riley 2 thumbs up for her excellent service, and thank the chefs for a great dining experience!

Stopped in here for lunch, wasn’t bad just wasn’t what I expected. The ribs almost tasted like they were baked. Again…Not Bad. I’ll definitely stop in here again to try something else.

So I ordered Uber eats out of desperation because I have no car .. I did something I’m never gonna do again and that’s order from SMOKEY BONES.. They really stayed true to their message because that’s all they gave me was Smoke and Bones .. literally no meat on the ribs and they was burnt …you can literally see the dryness in the pictures I’m gonna upload .. On top of that I called the store asked for a manager because I need a refund .. After spending $30 you just wanna eat .. it’s crazy I gotta order something else and the staff keeps playing on the phone when a customer is calling for a resolution to the issue … TERRIBLE … 0/10 and I’m coming up there to see someone in person !!!

My husband and I ordered from here for our 1yr anniversary. He ordered the full rack of ribs and I ordered the half rack. His came and were literally 2 bones bigger than mine and it cost double the price of my meal. He bit into them and the were literally dry and hard. The hot honey sauce was delicious. The mac and cheese had no flavor. And the garlic bread was so tiny. I can say the service was nice. And the employees were very kind and inviting. I wish the food was better. I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere for the 20mins we waited for the food. The drinks weren't really strong but I didn't really expect them to be. Smh do better

When was the last time you visited a restaurant where the manager came over to see if you had a good experience and to personally thank you for coming in? Today at Smokey Bones, she did. My experience was wonderful. The Bone Fire was amazing. The grilled chicken, sausage, sirloin and ribs were tender and smoked to perfection. Felicia and Greta provided outstanding service. They were both very nice and attentive to my service needs. The atmosphere was warm and cozy.

2 days in a row we came here. So glad we discovered it! The food was probably the best I've had in the Cheektowaga area and the service was amazing. Thank you to our server, Felicia, we couldn't ask for better service! Definitely going back soon

The presentation of the food was so so. But more importantly, the brisket was not good. Very very salty. Not much meat and mostly fat and charred meat flakes. Overcooked. Certainly not the best BBQ in the area. Their sauces were tasty though. Server was polite and helpful.
