Customer Review Summary

Panorama on Seven offers a mixed dining experience. Many guests praise the stunning views, elegant atmosphere, and attentive service, making for memorable outings. Food quality received high marks, particularly for main courses like the filet mignon and ribeye, while some found appetizers and desserts lacking. However, there were significant complaints about slow service and incorrect orders, with one group experiencing cold soups and burnt entrees. Overall, while the setting and some dishes impressed, inconsistency in service and menu items should be approached with caution.

Panorama delivered an exceptional experience! The service was top-notch, perfectly complementing the fine dining ambiance. The food was outstanding and reasonably priced for the quality and presentation. The setting was stunning, offering beautiful views of the canal and downtown—ideal for soaking in the city’s charm. The atmosphere was elegant yet inviting, and the added bonus of people-watching guests checking into the hotel or gearing up for the Bills game made it even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded expectations, from the service to the overall vibe. Highly recommend for a memorable dining outing!

In town for our North American sales meeting. We had a large group. Kelly was our server and she was amazing. The food, the drinks, the views, the atmosphere were all top notch. I had the Filet as my main course. Not even sure how to describe how great it really was.

What a horrible experience. Act 1. Once our entire party arrived, it took almost 10 minutes for anyone to come over to us. Drink orders were taken and it took well over 20 minutes for drinks to be served. We had to get up and tell someone we were ready to order. Act 2. The Soup. 5 of us ordered soup, but only 3 of us were served our soup until we had to make 2 complaints to get the final 2. One of these took over 10 minutes to get after the complaints. Most of the soups were also cold. Act 3. Terrible Entrees. A burger ordered medium was not just well done, but burnt. An entree ordered with a salad was served fries. The turkey bacon blt was... Lunch meat. One was sent back. The other 2 had burnt rock hard bacon. Buns for sandwiches were so dry they fell apart. Act 4. A Manager Arrives. We requested several times to speak to a manager and we're informed there were no managers available until 3pm. Fortunately the wait for everything was so long that 3pm came and went very easily. The manager to his credit was very apologetic and wanted to know every detail about what issues happened and issues with each order. Act 5. A Decent Dessert but Most Things Still on the Bill. Also the Flowers Were Stolen. One of our party was celebrating her birthday and Gracie our server brought out 2 fabulous pieces of sponge candy cheesecake. However, before our party left, flowers that were on the table were... Taken. While there was some adjustment to the bill, given the myriad of issues we were expecting a bit more recompense. Incredibly slow service, awful dining experience, rock hard meat. For the price and location, you'd expect more. A local diner would've done much much better. Stay far away.

It's a really nice place has a pretty view of the river and canal side. Their appetizers or small plates are lacking. the charcuterie board was ridiculously barren, The focaccia bread looked like bloated farm bread. Their dessert menu is lacking for such a nice place. That said the main course was fantastic The ribeye was delicious and cooked perfectly and the potatoes that came with it delicious, same for the filet it too was delicious. Got to go for the view & atmosphere which are nice -just be a little more cautious as to what small dishes or appetizers you order and we hope they improve their dessert menu we'd go again making different choices (the French onion soup looked fantastic should have ordered that!)

Food was extremely flavorful . The shrimp is not peeled and bread has olives. Very dynamic flavors and hearty .Staff was extremely polite and friendly. I'd recommend this place and great views of the water front. Menu is very easy to read.

The restaurant is located in the Marriott which is great. View of Lake Wries and the navy ships and subs is amazing. Service was outstanding. We came for lunch and all of us had the burger with Gouda cheese and a bacon jam. Truffle fries were fantastic. Delicious and added a few cocktails. Definie awesome location.

I had the strawberry salad that had a tart and delicious dressing, and the boratta that was creamy and flavorful. I enjoyed both dishes though they were small. The vegetarian options were very limited, which is a shame, I would have loved to try some more from this place.

Made reservations for a party of 10 on a Saturday night for my 40th birthday celebration. It was last minute and they were able to accommodate me, so I was very grateful for that. Located on the 7th floor, they have free valet if you enter through the Marriott, which is very convenient. Your server will validate your ticket. Otherwise you can park in the ramp and use the elevator; you’re in the restaurant as soon as the doors open on the 7th floor. I ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes and heirloom carrots, and it was delicious. The table also ordered the cheese & charcuterie, focaccia bread, truffle fries, filet mignon, and the bone in pork chop . Everything was amazing, cooked to perfection. The prices are fair, the food is fresh, and our waitress was attentive and didn’t even have to write our orders down. Great experience!
