From the moment you walk in the door this is fine dining at its finest. Waitstaff was amazing and attentive. Food was scrumptious. Desert blew us away Pace of the meal was also great Will definitely return every year when we are in town for a bills game !

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was perfect. The food was nothing short of amazing—every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and crafted with care. And the atmosphere? Simply stunning. The ambiance set the stage for a truly memorable meal. If you’re looking for a place that delivers on food, service, and style, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit! They even have Valet!

From beginning with a drink at the bar to end with dessert, our entire experience at Olivers was exceptional. The atmosphere, the vibe was great, the food was first rate, and the drinks were wonderful. We will be back, and we have told all our friends what a wonderful place it is to go.

You can tell that every aspect of this place is well thought out. The food is exquisite, cocktails to match and pretty much go with everything. Knowledgeable staff that seemed as excited to be there as I was, and met me on my level to discuss each dish. It also felt like they took a genuine interest in me as a person, I’m not just a number walking in for a meal.

As a vegan they took care of me very well. They had lots of options that could easily be modified without dairy or animal products to be vegan. They happily switched anything with honey to maple syrup and every dish I had was amazing!

Cannot say enough great things about what is EASILY the best restaurant in the area. From front of house to the back of house (let’s be real, their executive chef could be running a Michelin level operation with some tweaks), everything is always on point. Delicious, well balanced, classic meals with adventurous and scrumptiously creative concoctions interspersed throughout. We have had them on multiple occasions. From catering our wedding (cue dozens of comments about the best wedding meal ever), to holidays, to dinners with friends, to just a night out on town, Oliver’s hits it on the money. Having been to dozens of restaurants in the area (including all the other high end ones) there’s simply NO competition. The spinach loaf is a must have appetizer. The steaks are cooked perfectly and melt in your mouth. The scallops have the perfect seared crust, without being over cooked. The cocktails are innovative, innocuously strong, yet subtle. The fuzu blossom was the best cocktail we’ve ever had. Sad to see that be seasonal, bring it back please! Many more great things to say. We’ll be back again, and again, and again. Also, special shoutout to Ben, the awesome and professional valet, what a guy!
