I was told that when in the Buffalo area, I need to get a sandwich from Jim's so here I am. Not familiar with the menu, I chose their "Stinger" which is chicken tenders and cheesesteak with spicy sauce. As the only customer in the place at 7pm, I opted to take it to go and consumed it a half hour later. There's a lot of protein here but the famed spiciness was not present. A good mix of chicken and grilled steak and cheese, it's also very messy. Tasty but otherwise unremarkable. The restaurant is clean and there is plenty of seating down the side. The young lady who took my order was patient enough.

Good food but the staff was so lazy! I don't know how the cheesesteak could be cold in the middle, but it was all the way across the bun.

I called over the phone placed a simple order of a turkey sub and jr burger and fry,. my burger was drenched in mayo, ketchup and mustard which was very unpleasant and uncalled for my fries tastes as if they were sitting and were just put back into the fryer to be heated up no crunch no salt flavor just the taste of oil, they were really oily on top of them forgetting to put the oil on my turkey sub. I used to work at this location which makes this all the more disappointing. My order felt rushed which it must have been bc after I placed it 4 minutes later i received a text saying my order was complete very disappointed!!!

We have been to this location many times before so we're pretty disappointed in the sub we got in the drive-thru the other night. We always get the Frenchy but this was not it! Burnt bread and hardly any sauce.. the burnt flavor was the only thing I could taste. These subs are NOT cheap so it was very disappointing to drive 40 minutes home and not be able to eat it!! We sure hope this was just a one time thing.

Very disappointed. Placed order and when went to picked up they would not accept a $50 bill. I guess US currency is no longer good. No notice on website or when placing call. They can eat the loss on the order and a customer who will not go back. Not that great of a sub anyways.

Wow is all I can say. My friends and I wanted a late night spot to grab food. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich said it came with all the works (or so I thought… it said available upon request). I guess I didn’t know it was to be taken that literally. When I opened my sandwich after leaving it was literally a piece of chicken with bread. They put nothing on it. They didn’t even ask if I wanted anything! Who does that. $7 for a small freaking piece of chicken on a bun. An additional $4 for about 12 mushy fries. And they forgot my ranch I had to ask for again. Just so sloppy. Very sad and waste of my money.

My steak wrap was the most gristle filled food item I've ever had. Do you really need to cheap out on steak when its in your name? The gfs chicken sub was fine.

Ordered chicken finger dinner and the fingers were Chicken nugget size and the French fries were extremely soggy. On top of that no blue cheese included as I’d asked for. Total waste of $
