Probably one of my best dining experience. My steak was nicely cooked MR. The FOH is friendly and nice especially Zoe. She made sure that our experience is something to shout out about. I am definitely coming back should I be in the area again.

I love the positive spirit the service crew showed to each table, and elevated the rating to 4 stars. Services and atmosphere are absolutely 5 stars, but food here is only okay, not the greatest. The complementary bread was warm and fresh, but too little butter was given. We ordered the fried onions as appetizers. Again, good portion, good taste, but too little sauce was given. We got complimentary salad from ordering the steak dish, but the croutons did not taste fresh. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, but unfortunately, it had too much salt and too much butter on top, and thus the meat’s flavor was lost. The side dishes were made fresh, and the flavor was excellent. But if you look closely at the photo of asparagus, there was a tiny eye lash on the edge of the plate. We also found a small lady bug on the leaf of our salad. Our waiter (and the manager) acted so quickly and served us a new one - again, 5 stars for their services. However, the kitchen could pay more attention to the details of each plate and dealt with some extra care.

Wow! This place has really gone down hill. I came in for a take out order I placed over phone. It turns out the guy behind the bar who puts the orders together behind the bar (Sunday at 2:15) does not know what he is doing at all. I got half of the 2 orders I was supposed to get. He never packed them properly leaving out many items I paid for. I know it was incredibly busy, but management should have the proper people doing their jobs the correct way in those situations.. Unfortunately I never checked the bag before I left (but that is not my job). It should have been done correctly. When I got home (10-15 minute drive) that is when I noticed things were missing.. I wasn't about to drive 15 minutes back there to retrieve my missing items.. I cannot believe how bad this place has gotten. This was always our most favorite place to go, but not anymore. I will always remember this place now as a big rip-off with staff that do not know what they are doing . Time to check out the other restaurants in the area. I know the food is good, but this experience ruined what I think about this place.

I had such a wonderful experience at LongHorn Steakhouse! Our waiter (I wish I remembered his name!) was absolutely amazing his service was truly top-notch. I ordered the steak salad with double steak and a sweet potato, and it was delicious cooked perfectly and so satisfying. My company went for the large ribeye, and it was just as incredible. We paired our meals with a lovely glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, which tied everything together beautifully. The staff was so warm and sweet, making the evening even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back!

This was my first time here. All three of my family members ordered steaks. We all ordered medium rare. All the steaks were perfect! The baked potato had way too much salt on the skin, but otherwise everything was excellent!

Went here to celebrate my friend’s birthday. The staff is very kind and the food is amazing. I really loved the quality and the big portions of the steaks and the appetizers, as well as the drinks! Highly recommended !

Brussel Sprouts were too oil though, wouldn't order that again. Our server was attentive and got us everything we needed despite it being a busy Sunday night. Overall a good meal. Might need to order my steak less cooked so they don't overcook it next time.
