Longhorn Steakhouse in Grand Rapids MI gave Me and my 5kids ages 14, 12,10,8, and 2 COVID 19❗️ We immediately felt I’ll the same day after eating we all caught a really bad headache, high fever, body aches, cough, and sore throat I really believe it was done intentionally. I paid good money there even left a $30 rip for them to get us sick. Close this place down obviously they have someone in the kitchen that’s sick and infecting people. We didn’t go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE AND THE VERY NEXT DAY WE ALL WAS AT ER TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID 19

Had such a great dinner. A delicious filet with complimentary sides that would have been enough as a meal. Topped off with the chocolate stampede. A stampede for sure. We shared and filled us up to the brim. I lost my wallet, they kept it safe for me. Next morning 11 am I collected it safe and sound. With great gratitude to the careful staff. Thanks a lot

Our first time at this location and it did not disappoint. It was a bit hard to get into the location, and the staff was a little slower than other experiences, but the food was fresh and on point. The steak was cooked perfect and we will be back.

I order LH take-out probably once a month or every other. I have only had one other bad experience but THIS time I ordered chicken (as I usually do) and the meat was RAW and pink…VERY disappointing!!

Ordered a medium filet. Came to us rare and purple with blood coming out still. Sent it back waited 10 minutes for it to come back purple !!!! Forget that, not worth $32. Also I ordered broccoli and got rice -__- like come on what a scam. You can go to bonefish and get 3x better quality for the same price. (Photo is what it looked like after it was sent back)

Don’t order take-out steak. Had recently a very good New York strip and made the mistake to order for TO GO. Well-done instead of rare. Delivered not in time and cold. Not worth the effort/ cost.

We love Longhorns, we've been here a handful of times over the years. The restaurant is nice and clean. It's gotten a lot busier over the years but you can still find less busy times to go. The western theme is nice. The food is always good and priced reasonably for what you get. I got the Ribeye this time and it was excellent, beat out another Ribeye I had recently that was $15 more! They make excellent steaks here. And the fries are good too. The portions are great, tho a little smaller on the most recent visit. Service is always solid. They were really hustling around on the busy holiday! I usually go for the burgers here, I think they are great and also a decent value at around $15-16. They are also one of the few restaurants I've been to that serves Mr.Pibb.
