I rarely leave negative reviews, but I had such a disappointing experience here that I feel compelled to share. The service was absolutely terrible. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. The waitress was incredibly rude and dismissive. When we ordered drinks, they tasted like bleach, and when we asked for replacements, she acted like we were bothering her. We ended up leaving because the attitude was just unbearable. It’s unfortunate because the restaurant had potential, but I won’t be coming back after such a negative experience. Would not recommend.

Normally I love this place. The food is great and it's always a great time. Last night our party of 6 people including 2 kids, showed up for our 6:30pm reservation. At 7:00 we asked if there was going to be much more of a wait. The hostess said oh we can do this table over here, but you guys would be separated. We figured it might not be that big of a deal and asked to see the table. When we got there, there was seating for three, a huge pole and then seating for two that they went to grab a chair to add. This added spot you wouldn't have even been able to see the chef cooking hibachi, which is kind of the whole point. Since we were there as a family and didn't want to split the kids up, we asked if we could wait for another table. We were told no it would be a really long wait. At the table next to us there was a group that was finishing up and we asked if we could move over to that spot and were told no that spot is for 8 people and we only have 6. We asked to speak to management since it clearly seemed our reservation got lost in the mix of the busy night and nobody was willing to help us out. Management could've cared less and didn't even attempt to correct their wrong. We ended up leaving and will not be back.

Called on the phone and got a nasty attitude but still went in. When we got there we were seated by somebody, no hello no how are you. Once we got seated didn’t think it could get any worse but it did. The waiter also had a nasty attitude and looked like she didn’t even want to be there. Also had hair covering half of face which is unsanitary. When we asked for one simple thing she gave an attitude and said “You want it NOW?” So mind you it was only me and one other person i was eating with. And she ordered food for takeout for two other people. As soon as we got the check there was a stapled piece of paper automatically putting a tip. We were not a party over 5 so there was no need for an automatic tip, it says over 5 there’s automatic on the menu. First of all, why would i want to tip some nasty rude waitress who doesn’t even want to do her job. Don’t go here unless u want to get scammed by rude ignorant people.

Waitress was not happy at all since we sat down. Chef was great and food was delicious but it pushes my family away when the person serving us with no emotions at all... I hope the manager takes this consideration and retrain their waitresses, especially with a smiley face

Me and my family chose to go here for dinner as a birthday celebration for myself , it was a party of 4 as normal we ordered dinner and drinks. Everything was going fine until I started to eat my plate, as I was eating rice I noticed that I had chipped my tooth . I spit the food onto a napkin to see what is was that had chipped my tooth and it was a rock! I’ve never experienced anything like this before so I was shocked. I mentioned it to the waitress just to inform her so she can then pass on the message to the chef and her response was “I’m sorry, would you like to have your plate made over” at this point I was already upset that I was even in this situation so I declined. She proceeds with okay well we still have to charge you the full amount! She never went to retrieve a manager, but carried on as usual. I did not want to make a scene or cause disturbance so the rest of my family finished their drinks and we left. My night had been ruined somewhat but I just wanted to make mention of this because it could have been far more worse if a child had ingested a rock while eating at this restaurant. I say that to say this be mindful and check your food before ingesting.

Food was great,so fresh that sometimes it’s cooked right at your table. The mushroom soup was tasty all the while packing a small hint of spice. The salad was fresh with a tasty house dressing. The chief was amazing,he had all the tricks with great tasting food. The experience is something to remember and a reason to return. With such a first time experience I am definitely coming back with my family and will enjoy watching it all unfold all the while my food is being prepared. Post script- my next visit will provide more pictures of what is offered as an appetizer as well as plated food presentation.

Service was friendly and efficient. For me the flavor left a little to be desired with the hibachi and portions were small on the meat. If we go back, I’d probably try their hot pot. That seemed to be the most popular thing around us.

New Years Eve was excellent here. We enjoyed everything. Very Chaotic with Noone to check you n when you arrived with two people in line. Some customers left.
