Server was really cool. Drinks were really good. Food was good but because everything was doused in butter and plenty of salt. The atmosphere is very old school and can use some updates. For the most part, I recommend them because their steaks are amazing.

I ordered the Flo's filet. So disappointing. First of all, it was a thin steak less then 1/4" thick... nothing like the photo on the menu (see photo), which is what I expected. They claim it is seasoned with their grill seasoning - this was totally tasteless. The cut couldn't have been a filet... it was dry and chewy even though I ordered it cooked medium. Baked potato was small and dry - some butter would have gone a long way. I was not impressed and will not go to Longhorns again - there are too many other great steak houses. The only decent item was the salad.

I love the atmosphere of the western vibes and all the decor in the restaurant. Service was fast and it was quite empty at 5PM on a Friday. The servers did a great job, I got all the correct food. The meal was delicious and cooked well. 10/10 I'd come back again.

This is my second time at the restaurant. The food both times was excellent, served promptly and everything was to our liking. What I’m struggling with is the service, both times (different waitresses) the servers personality was lacking, no introduction of themselves, when the food was delivered that was the last time we saw them! Never how is everything, can I get you something else. So my problem is do we go back enjoy the food and continue to leave (both times 15%) honestly if there was another option 10% would have been sufficient for simply showing up. Or do we just go somewhere else where the food is great and the servers deserve their 20-22%.

It is a very cozy place and very great to see it's always busy. It's my "GoTo" place for Salmon, Sweet Potato sweetened with Brown Sugar and Butter YUM, and unfortunately never room for the delicious looking desserts but may dine in reverse (some day) but truly it is the best place ever! The steaks was very good. We had to send one steak back that was way over cooked. But they handled the process efficiently. The waitress was very good. Attentive but not overbearing. People in our party were very specific as to what they wanted in the salad. And asked for several items that weren't normally in the salad but they added them in anyway. And they got them all right! Very impressive!

Colin our server was fabulous. He gets the order 100% correct, makes a new pot of fresh coffee for desert, gives us to go boxes and bags and checks several times to make sure we are happy. Second time we had him and he stands above the many waiters we see in various restaurants. Give this man a raise as he deserves it ! The food was also great cooked near perfect with no salt on potatoes like we requested. We used to go to the Andover Longhorn but found the service was nowhere near this place and we will go out of my way to go to this location in the future.
