Always ask for the waitress Claudia from Columbia… The wagyu beef appetizer was great. The clam chowder was good. I have had better but I would order it again. The drinks were superb! I wish we had more time to order a few more drinks. Claudia was so attentive as well as the rest of the wait staff. They made our trip to Boston lovely. Claudia was so nice and personable. My wife is vegetarian and I wish there was more options but the sides she ordered were very tasty.

This is 1 of the best steaks I've ever had it was Juicy and tasty cooked perfect. 🔥 Also had the Shrimp were big anuff to knock you out and they were cooked perfect and tasted great. The bread was a hit also. I definitely recommend This restaurant 👌.

Awesome time, great dinner. Wine was good, octopus appetizer was excellent, both the aged bone in Ribeye and Filet were both terrific. Ate at a high top in bar, service was really really good. Expensive restaurant but well worth it and a great time.

WOW. We were impressed the moment we walked in. Our server was wonderful, staff was super attentive, food was magnificent. Couldn’t have picked a better place for a surf n turf birthday dinner! Menu is a La carte, so you order your main entree and sides separately. We ordered half portions of the sides and it was still too much food! Absolutely wonderful.

Service was fantastic, and I enjoyed the ambiance. Unfortunately the steak was under seasoned and on the chewy side. Far different than when I ate at the one in NY. Truffle Mac was good, though the Caesar salad needed more flavor in the dressing.

We ate the surf and turf , Ribeye , asparagus, truffle fries and firecracker shrimp it was all amazing. Great service from the team members led by Rafael!

We have been to Smith and Wolensky before and have had a great time. This time was on New Year’s Eve, our reservation was at 9pm. We arrived staying peak busy dinner time so we expected a stressed out crew. Our waiter was dismissive, argumentative and neglectful. It was a terrible experience, he should no effort to make our experience enjoyable. Bad hospitality! I don’t think we will go back even tho we have raved about this place before. Food was very good! We got the swinging Tomahawk.

Think again before considering going to S&W!!! This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing steakhouse experience we’ve ever had, and among the worst service at any restaurant we’ve visited. The waitress was inattentive, unapologetic, and even had the audacity to blame our party for her mistake of not sending our steak order to the kitchen—or claiming the order was “lost.” We were forced to leave our table and go to the bar ourselves just to get any form of service because the waitress was nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, we had to clean our own table after multiple requests for assistance were ignored. It took nearly two hours for our entrees to arrive, leaving us grateful that we had ordered appetizers like the caviar and tartare—otherwise, we might have left starving. Furthermore, the quality of the food doesn’t live up to a “steakhouse”. Spending Christmas Eve being blamed for a restaurant’s mistake is certainly not what we had envisioned, but S&W made sure that unfortunate experience became our reality. Lesson learned: this is definitely not where we’ll be dining again.
