Oliveira's Steak House

I love this place so much, I come 1-2 times a week. I’ve been coming here for years now, I have had dine in and take out, both options are great. You can sit down and do all you can eat or weigh by plate. For take out, you can grab a to go box and just weigh your plate. It’s super easy and convenient and I do this before I go to class in Downtown Boston. Food is always delicious and the servers are kind. I get the mashed potatoes, fried yuca, the cheese bread, potato salad, steak n cheese, and kielbasa. Always really satisfied. Side note, the location in Everett is not nearly as good as the Somerville location.

Oliveira's Steak House is a Brazilian BBQ AYCE restaurant with a nice atmosphere and nice dining area. The staff are quite friendly. Due to the smaller nature, I think I saw meat more often than other experiences, but the staff also gave generous portions and helped explain any meats they brought out. The meats were quite good as well. They weren't too overly salty, and also had great taste and flavor to it. One highlight is their roasted pineapple, which was coated with sugar and tasted not too sweet but very savory. This place is perfect for smaller celebrations or just a fancy night out.

I live in Andover and only place pick up orders if I am near the area. I placed an order for pickup today and when I arrived home noticed my steak was missing. I called the store to let them know they messed up my order. The manager Felipi wasn’t very helpful. He said I can go back to the restaurant and pick up the steak but unfortunately I live 25 minutes away so that wasn’t an option for me. He then suggested I placed an order for water on Uber eats or DoorDash but they are too far from my delivery area so that wouldn’t work. I just wanted a refund but he said he couldn’t do that since it would refund the whole meal…. Why would I only want to eat sides on their own. The main part of the meal was missing. He then told me he would call me back since I wanted my money back but DIDNT called me back. I proceeded to call him after 1 1/2 hour and he told me he had to speak to Rafael the general manager and I needed to wait till Tuesday or Wednesday by the way he HUNG UP ON ME. I am very disappointed in the customer service and want my money back. If you decide to pick up an order please take a look at it before you leave.

Had this delicious stake, chicken tigh and red beans while celebrating Brazilian first Oscar for "I'm still here". This food is capriciously brazilian, gosh thank you for making me feel in my home country while in Boston!

Today I came here for my moms birthday, the team was great and they were so nice although it took me 15 minutes to recieve a drink of water and even longer for my mojito. It was great to eat all the food I can and loved the space. My father had asked one of the staff to sing happy birthday to my mother and it took a while, so long we had to ask for the check, then after asking for the check they remembered our request and gave the birthday show we asked for.

Our waiter Andre was so helpful, quick service, and the food was great! He gave great recommendations, filled up our drinks without us having to ask, and made us laugh throughout our meal! We hope to come back soon.
