Oliveira's Restaurant E Boston

I went to the restaurant this afternoon for my lunch, The food was great… The server that speaks Spanish only,was very kind and greeted me when I entered the restaurant. I cannot say the same about the Brazilian server(With a black hair, white skin and chubby girl that was behind The cashier. Is not the first time that she’s very, very, very rude to me. I already complain about her to the Spanish server and looks like nothing has been changed. Whenever I don’t give a tip because she’s rude she makes bad face, Today I tried to give the tip and she didn’t let me do it, She pressed the button for me… When I said to her, I was calculating to give you the tip, I Think is my right to calculate how much I want to give us a tip, right? She answered back to me next time I don’t need it. And made a very sarcastic face to me. It is very disappointing for me to go to a Brazilian restaurant and being treated like that by a server really every time I go to this restaurant and I see her I know that she’s going to treat me like that, Next time I’m gonna ask the Spanish server to save me.I don’t wanna be treated like that again. I already get upset because I know she’s going to treat everyone like that. It’s not fair for the customers to be treated like that if she doesn’t want to work, she should stay at home or find another job where you can deal with cows and horses maybe.

Food was delicious. I didn't have much just some rice, beans, picanha, and plantains but everything was seasoned well and had good flavor, especially the steak.

They’re overpricey first of all and this isn’t my only time coming . i’ve come here before and the employees there tip themselves if you pay card . i put exactly how much they were charging me into my bank card and it still declined because they were giving themselves a 30% tip WITHOUT letting me know . I would’ve let it slide but their customer service was terrible . They didn’t accommodate us at all . Matter of fact we had to get up to get our drinks! because the waitress forgot . Anyways never coming back ✌🏽

Amazing atmosphere and amazing service. Fresh food ready, salad bar, and desert bar. Fresh juices always available, freshly cooked food always available. Best Brazilian BBQ, coffee bar as well. Very clean restaurant and always nice and cool. Pastries, cakes, and amazing dessert selections. Professional friendly phenomenal staff ready to take care of all your needs. I had an awful experience with this restaurant. I ordered through Uber Eats, and they completely messed up my order. When I contacted them to address the issue, they were incredibly unhelpful and took no responsibility, blaming Uber instead of trying to make things right. As a paying customer, I expect better service. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was unacceptable—zero effort to fix the situation, no apology, and no resolution. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I suggest others think twice before doing so The woman from Oliveira’s who fielded my phone call hung up on me when i politely voiced my disappointment with my experience…. incredible RUDE .

Honestly, this is one of the worst Oliveiras I've been to. The food is not fresh, the rice was clumped together with burnt bits, the meats were overcooked and not flavorful, and the pasta was different from what we usually have at the Somerville restaurant. Unfortunately, the food is not very tasty, and the service is not great either. You arrive, and no one talks to you, which I found really frustrating. As I mentioned, this establishment fell short, but the one I always go to in Somerville is excellent. It would be a great idea to talk to them about improving this location.

Great place, very affordable and flexible price (by weight or AYCE). Always go for weight, only do all you can eat if you really think you can eat more than 3 lbs of food (that's when you get your money's worth). The meat can be very salty sometimes, but I think that's just about every Brazilian grill I have been to.
