My wife and I had an amazing dinner! From Tim, the awesome valet who provided some historical information about the area to the atmosphere that was warm and inviting, with a great rustic but modern feel that set the perfect mood for our dinner. The highlight of our experience was our waiter, Andres. He was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made great recommendations and ensured that every detail of our meal was perfect. It’s rare to find service that is both professional and genuinely warm, but Andres nailed it! The food was outstanding—every dish was cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious food, the oyster on the half shell was amazing! The atmosphere is beautiful. They have a great combination of traditional style mixed with modern. The staff was great. The bartender was friendly and professional and made us feel welcome.

The restaurant is beautiful with all of the post & beam work. Our waiter Omar was awesome, very attentive and had a great personality. The food was delicious as usual.

From the atmosphere, history, food, and service, The Chart House falls short to none. The 261 year old building is full of history and a must-see. Our server, Joseph, made our visit and unforgettable experience and is hands down the best server we ever had. You can not go wrong with anything on the menu and save room for dessert!!!

My husband and I hosted our wedding celebration (150 guests) at Chart House and we are forever grateful to Nicole Marino and her team for putting on the event of our dreams. Nicole was so kind, patient, and helpful; she gave us multiple tours of the space during the planning process, was responsive to all of our questions and flexible with the timeline. She welcomed my family and I so warmly when we arrived to begin florals set-up, and then her team took it from there. I felt like we were in such capable hands. The environment was beautiful at night; beautifully lit with the high ceilings and historical Boston relics. A perfect backdrop for speeches! The staff was genuinely happy for my husband and I; their energy and enthusiasm was one of our favorite things about this place. (They were so helpful to us during the next day clean-up as well!) The food was delicious, and the drinks flowed throughout the night. I was surprised with the prettiest drink in the middle of the event and it made my night! Thank you so much to Nicole and her team for making this night so special for us. We will never forget it!

A must visit in Boston! The building itself is a historic relic. The food and service are stellar. I had the clam chowder and the lobster stuffed cod. I had ordered the mahi mahi but they were out. Our waitress Megan recommended the stuffed cod and it was a great recommendation. My wife had the lobster bisque and coconut fried shrimp. She also had a cucumber spicy drink that she said was really good. We also got the chocolate cake for dessert. It tasted like a southern sheet cake with icecream, not really a lava cake. It was good - but not life changing like the chowder :) we are in town a few more days and already made a reservation to return.

Good was great, think the bread was old. Not too sure about the music choice. Drinks were great. The restroom needs to be tended to a little more often. The service was phenomenal, Vlad was our server, he made sure all of our selections were perfect and was very attentive and kind, his knowledge of the historic building was also remarkable. We were very happy with the service Vlad provided and our meals. Thank you!

Great meal, great service & interesting history lesson from Tristan about John Hancock's old Counting House building. Learned a little about the whale oil business & saw Hancock's safe. We had Mararitas, hearty New England Clam Chowder and Fish (Cod) & Chips. Definitely a go-to spot on Long Wharf!
