I experienced a frustrating situation today that I feel needs to be addressed. For context, I typically don't play the race card, and I am a huge fan of TRH. However, what happened was unacceptable. We were seated at a table, and I noticed an open booth in the corner. I requested to move to that booth because we had two toddlers with us. The manager glanced at me and stated that we couldn't do that because booths were reserved for parties of five or more. After we sat down, I saw two separate parties of three being seated in the booths we had requested. This is completely unacceptable, and the manager was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for denying my request. I have never encountered anything like this before, and I am truly shocked. @texasroadbluse, please ensure your manager is trained better! This is not how you should treat your customers.

We actually had two waiteresses( due to shift change). Bianca and Riley were both very attentive and personable. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. The steaks were cooked like we ordered.

Our food came out quick and hot and our service was top notch! There were 13 people in our group and our server was on it! Kept our drinks full and asked multiple times how we were doing without us having to flag her down

Had a great experience here, food was amazing, very delicious steak, and the rolls were incredible. Our server was amazing too, kept our drinks constantly refilled. Server was also very knowledgeable about the menu and helped my wife choose a gluten free dinner (due to her allergies), and was very polite and helpful throughout the meal! will be coming in and asking for Charlie again!

Great early bird dinner specials. Goes from no line to 1 hr wait in minutes. Enthusiastic young servers getting it done. I like the tabletop kiosk to pay your bill. Another great dinner here

Ribs are hit and miss (this time they were really dry) and there's better catfish just a few feet down at the other restaurant, but this is a family-friendly, affordable steakhouse that's full of no-frills comfort food.
