I tried the potato skins. They were delicious, and they actually still had some potato on them. (more than. you get.most places where those seem literally like just skins). I also had the fish and chips. This is not something I gravitate towards often, but that fish was so meaty and delicious! I upgraded my fries to "truffle". I don't think I've had truffles before. I would stick to the regular fries in the future. I didn't dislike them, but I didn't think they were anything special. I also tried the green chili cheese grits. They were good, lighter, and fluffier than I've ever had. My friend had their fried mushrooms -Delicious! She also had their Cajun pasta. I didn't try it, but she said it was great. I tried a margarita, and she had their punch. Both drinks were delicious as well. We live 2 hours away, but we would definitely eat here again. We wished there was one closer to us! The restaurant was clean and busier than we expected for 1:30. We didn't have a wait, but it wasn't dead. Our waitress was kind and gave us just the right amount of attention.

What a wonderful place and delightful food. The waitress was excellent and the food was brought out fast and fresh. No complaints whatsoever!

Everything was perfect. It was super busy so we got on the waitlist of 30-40 minutes. We got a table less than 10 minutes later. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. It had pops of interesting decor, such as a disco ball and old album covers on the ceiling. It wasn’t too loud in there even though it was busy. We sat in the bar area ant a table. Quite a few tvs around. Our service was amazing. Friendly, attentive an fast. The potato skins for an appetizer, came quickly and were tasty. Sirloin was just right. Ribs were tender and the sauce tasted great. Pow wow shrimp, elotes, onion rings and side salads were equally as good. Nothing could’ve made our experience any better.

We went to Aspen Creek for the first time. It was my son's 14th birthday. Normally, we let our kids pick where they want to go to eat on their special day, and he chose Aspen Creek. From the service to the delicious food, we will definitely be back. When we got in the car, I remember my husband saying, "We're no longer going to Texas Roadhouse. This is our new spot." We have been wanting to try Aspen Creek for a while, so I'm glad that my son chose Aspen Creek for his birthday dinner. Unfortunately, I cannot remember our waitress's name, but she was so polite and kind and walked us through the menu.

The fried pickles were amazing, and the ranch was really good. We ordered the aspen burger, mile high meatloaf, and the avalanche steak sandwich. They were all very tasty.

Raychel and I decided to do a restraunt alphabet challenge and we started Aspen Creek Grill for A. I was a bit under whelmed by my meal but Raychel did enjoy hers quite a bit. We started with the fried mushrooms which were unique and unlike most fried mushroom appetizers. They were absolutely delicious and had a creamy horseradish and a peppercorn ranch dipping sauce. I highly recommend getting them if you like mushrooms. I chose a combo which included a small sirloin and ribs. I had mashed potatoes and broccoli for my side. My steak was overcooked, the ribs were good but the sauce just didn't taste right, the mashed potatoes and broccoli were good but nothing special. Raychel got a bleu cheese crusted sirloin, baked potatoe, and broccoli. Her steak was cooked perfectly and she really enjoyed it. As usual, she didn't eat all of it so I was able to eat some ofnit too and found the amount of bleu cheese on top to be just a bit too much. Our server was amazing. She noticed my steak was overcooked and if I had asked, I'm sure she would have brought me a new one but I didn't want her to go through the trouble. She was prompt with refills and very attentive without being obtrusive. Overall, not a bad place but not one I would go out of my way for.

Was super pleased. We were seated immediately even though they were busy. Our food came out quick and it was delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked medium rare and the sides were solid too. Tacos were goos too. I also noticed the busboys clearing tables at impressive speeds AND a manager came over to ask us about our experience. Great food, great service.
