LongHorn Steakhouse

This was on 2/14/2025 I get it was Valentine's day on a Friday. "Maybe be prepared" I may have had my worst curbside pickup experience ever. I arrived early to find not a single spot opened, they were occupied by customers eating in. I parked by the curb in front and went in. I than find a line of other people doing the same. Informed the hostess of the problem, she informed the manager that replied " There's nothing I can do." Than I waited nearly 25 minutes past my curbside delivery time to get my order. I try to leave and there are so many cars parked in the middle of the front of the restaurant it takes nearly 10 minutes to exit the parking lot! I get home to my food and supposedly the best steak they have the Porterhouse. It was supposed to be cooked medium. It was quite black on the outside and not a hint of pink inside! Well done! The only reason for 1* is salads, ribs,and shrimp appetizer were good! I've had much better steaks at the Texas Roadhouse!!!!! Spending close to $100 I except a lot more!!!! We did the same last Valentine's day and had a small problem with curbside,but at least someone was out there making people move, if they weren't curbside. Food was great in 2024 though!!! You would think lesson learned!!!!

I usually go to the Avon location just because it's closer to where I live, but I am glad I tried out this location for my son's 3rd birthday dinner 🍽 Everything was great. Our server was excellent and a great sport, considering my parents had him running back and forth. All in all, it was a great dinner. 👍🏾

We decided to head here last minute. Steady flow. Great food and drink. Our waitress Cynthia was fantastic! Attentive and personable! Steak was perfect! The Mango Margarita is the best!!!

Longhorn is a great place to go for food. This one that we went to in Indianapolis had really great service. The food is always good here, It is pretty standard as far as a chain restaurant goes for what you get and does not disappoint. I'm not going to post pictures with this as I have posted pictures from other longhorns. But if you are in Indianapolis. This is a good one to stop at.

Longhorn is a great place to go for food. This one that we went to in Indianapolis had really great service. The food is always good here, It is pretty standard as far as a chain restaurant goes for what you get and does not disappoint. I'm not going to post pictures with this as I have posted pictures from other longhorns. But if you are in Indianapolis. This is a good one to stop at.

Avoid this location. If you are not white you will be treated poorly. My party sat in front of the restrooms because that is where we were seated. The manager was an absolute a hole about it and claimed a huge party was coming to every table in the restaurant and our party could not be moved. The whole time we were there none of the tables that the manager claimed were going to be used were ever used. The manager was just a racist. I didn't even finish my food because I found a hair on of my pieces of shrimp. The drinks that were ordered contained fruit that was mushy and the drinks did not taste like they were supposed to. The waiter was at least pleasant. If you want your food spit in and poor service come here. Spare yourself and avoid the racist manager and go to a better restaurant. If you enjoy the view and smell of the restrooms the racist manager will be happy to acomidate you.I won't be back again.
