My family and I stopped in for lunch on our way home from the airport on a Saturday around noon. The restaurant was fairly busy, but the hostess gave us a friendly greeting and we were seated right away. Our server was great. He took our drink order and quickly returned to answer our questions and to take our food order. As we waited on our food, our server came back to refill our drinks was attentive. Our food arrived after close to an hour wait. My wife’s cheese melt on a gluten free bun was made with a regular bun so we had to send it back and have it remade. The overall appearance of our orders was good, as were the flavors. The portion sizes were large. It wasn’t a perfect experience but overall it was good. We’ll be back.

WOW!! Tonight was one of those rare occasions where everything at the restaurant flows perfectly, the food is exquisite, and the service is extraordinary! We came in as a family to celebrate an achievement of my nephews. I really could not have asked for a better time. Special things too Gretchen for providing the best table service I’ve received in a very long time and for making our meal as special as possible. We can’t wait to return. :)

Very busy, very nice menu and drinks. The staff were all very friendly, and the food was awesome, so I would recommend stopping by and trying it out, but first call to get reservations if possible.

Great the second time around We stopped by the Carmel location today for a late lunch. Admittedly, I was hesitant because of a previous experience where we left disappointed—seated at the bar, given drinks, and then seemingly forgotten. I wasn’t eager to return, but since we frequent the Castleton location and always enjoy excellent service, my wife convinced me to give it another shot. I’m glad we did, because this visit was a complete turnaround! The service was spot on, and the food was excellent. Michael was our server, and he went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. He kept my soda glass full and charmed us with his attentive and friendly demeanor. This was exactly the level of service we’ve come to expect from the Castleton location. We started with croissants and fried okra to share—both were fantastic. The croissants were rich and sweet, almost like dessert, while the fried okra was perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. My wife ordered the Chicken Piccata, and from her reaction, it’s safe to say it didn’t disappoint! Overall, I’m thrilled to see the improvement here at the Carmel location. Michael and the team really made this visit memorable. If you’re in the area, it’s worth a visit.

Had a great meal at the Charleston. The potatoes soup is amongst the best anywhere. We got the loaded cheese fries and they had all right stuff on them. Fries were perfectly crispy. I got the carnitas tacos, the meat was amazing, the palette was little different with vinegar coleslaw om them. Good though. Overall a good experience and will be back.

Been coming here since I was a little kid (20+ years) Got carryout for the first time today— I was very disappointed with the size of chicken tenders given. I have never seen these tenders so small- they are abnormally large in my years of coming here! I am 100% willing to pay $23 since the quantity given provides plenty of leftovers.

I recently dined at Charlestons and had a fantastic experience. Our waiter Taylpr was outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and full of great recommendations. His suggestions for both the meal and wine pairings were spot-on, enhancing our dining experience significantly. One highlight of the evening was the bread pudding dessert. It was incredibly tasty and generously portioned, making it perfect for sharing. The rich, comforting flavors and perfect texture made it a memorable end to a wonderful meal. If you visit, don't miss out on this delicious treat!

Dined here twice in the past year or so. Food has been excellent both times, and our server was fantastic! Very good breaded tenderloin sandwich, and my wife really enjoyed her pork chops.
